“High marks for resolving an oder mix-up. Ordered a LG pizza for take out. Arrived and paid as it wasn't quite ready. Manager came out and explained pizza was being remade as mistakenly kitchen made a small. Went to wait outside. Per Manager direction, the front service person came out and fully refunded the amount I paid. Thank you! Front service person came back out with not only the LG pizza I originally ordered but also with the small. Totally had zero expectations for any of that to happen. Mistakes happen and it wasn't the end of the world for me with having to wait a few more minutes for my order. I am very appreciative of the actions taken to resolve what I considered a minor inconvenience.“

“I frequent this deli as the ones in my town are not that great. It helps that my son loves Superette sandwiches and subs. The turkey Fitzgerald is a classic and their bread and meats are always fresh. Also a plaid we can get Framingham Baking Pizza without having to go all the way to Framingham. Probably go back every 2 weeks.“

“We just happened to end up right in front of this restaurant with our prepaid parking for the World Cup game and what a find! Spectacular food! The masala tea is to die for-we took some home! Just know everything is a little spicy to start if you’re a white American, who doesn’t eat spicy food. The service was also quick and accurate.“

“This place has become my go to spot. Full name is Milford Pizza Palace. Absolutely wonderful food and even brighter staff. I swear to you it feels like family greeting me when I walk in. Tons and tons of options, almost everything on the menu has a vegan counterpart. Owner makes own vegan ranch dressing that I can (and have) drink right from the container. They also use specialty vegan cheese only available to restaurants and it is so delicious. I can not recommend this place enough absolute 10/10 gem. Updated from previous review on 2026-05-08“

“I dont know what kind of dark magic they use, but their dairy and gluten free pumpkin pie is delightful! Even my picky eater kid ate two whole slices. I go at least once a month and stock up on treats which I then freeze to have on hand and its so worth the money and the drive. Thank you, Twist, for having gluten and dairy free treats that are actually good.“

“Just did a wedding celebration there on Oct 5th, 2025. Have to make some comments. Facility was Immaculate. Staff was more 6 star than 5. Food was great, but since I was working the stage as DJ, I had mine to go. Packaged well. Large dance floor, and acoustics of the room worked very well. When you perform all over New England, you have to tell it like it is.“

The bartender got in the weeds and first the general manager came to help, she hopped on service bar so he could take care of bar guests, clean up( there were stacks of dishes everywhere) but the 4 stars come in when the service manager came to help! She’s amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she really is great. I worked for Olive Garden for 12 years and I would have loved to work with her. Outstanding“
