Everything here is awesome. Staff is great, great fresh food! The owner is a really nice guy and takes care of customers.
Overall - a decent place but cooked chicken is so so salty - almost inedible. Some staff members seem like they do not want to be there. They are very busy any time I have ever gone.
I really hope the manager sees this! I stopped into Jersey Mike’s on Saturday around 2:53 p.m., and I have to recognize the four gentlemen working that shift.
Every single one of them was polite, respectful, attentive, and hardworking. They worked together so smoothly and genuinely seemed dedicated to giving great service. What stood out most was how pleasant they were—they smiled, communicated well, and made the atmosphere welcoming.
