Placed an order for delivery because of child napping- the giant Italian had no banana peppers, no pickles, and no relished hots as I ordered. Essential a bare Italian which is not what I ordered. Super frustrating when I also was already paying a lot of money to get the lunch delivered.

Ordered an Italian sub. It’s was basically thinly sliced ham with a ridiculous amount of oil on it to the point I could barely eat it. It took me forever to get the oil off of my kitchen table. I am so angry right now I can’t see straight. To top it off I walked in and two very young punks behind the counter just stared at me. I saw my take out bag on the counter with my name on it. Grabbed it and walked out and neither of them said one word to me. I guess I can’t expect much from 16 year old punks who could care less.Way to go Jersey Mikes!!!. Took my $30 dollars to pay those punks to completely screw me over. Sorry I’m a little salty because I’m hungry. Lol

Picked up food about two weeks ago. Our order was messed up not the way we like to eat our sandwiches. We put a phone call London answered the phone replaced all three of our sandwiches replaced thank you London and the staff for making it up to us we really appreciate it. A smile gets you far In life and these girls was all smiles and Courteous

Ordered 2 Turkey and provolone subs on wheat. I got regular white rolls, stale with very little turkey. Have gotten these many times before with no issues. It will be awhile before we order again.

Great Place! I've heard about them before, just never had the pleasure of trying this place until they came to our town. Subs are huge and filled with plenty of meat and toppings. Bread is fresh, soft and tasty. So many options to suit just about everyone's taste.
Don't waste your time. Go to subway. We have ordered from here and all times they have put cheese on my sub and I absolutely can't do cheese on a sub. Just go to Subway. I don't even want to give them a 1 star. They deserve

I’ve been to this jersey mikes a few times and have been meaning to write a review but always forget. There is a younger gentleman that works here with butterfly tattoos on his arms. Every time I see him I know the sub I’m ordering will turn out excellently! He conducts himself very professionally and always provides great customer service no matter what time we go in. If he’s not already a manager he would make a great candidate, as he has become the face of the store for me and my family. Just wanted to recognize some great customer service and give the credit where it’s due!
