Vaanga Bellingham is a must-try restaurant that offers a huge menu with many choices left to explore. The food is fresh, flavorful, and very tasty, with large generous servings. Specific items mentioned include vada paav, dosa, idli, Kathi roll, pastries, and kulfi, with the kesar pista kulfi described as authentic. The idli was soft, and the Kathi roll was made of wheat and not maida. There are also many choices in ice cream and desserts, including family pack ice cream. The place has the atmosphere of a small luncheonette with the best smells of Indian cooking, cozy and quiet areas, great music, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and advised well on spice levels and allergens. Service was quick, and the food was made to order. Free parking with very huge places is available. It is more like a quick bite or takeaway place, not a sit down place. Highly recommended.
