About McDonald's

McDonald's in the area is known for serving hot and correct food, especially when using the app. The Milford location, while popular for its quick service at a busy intersection, has faced some challenges with food quality. Some customers have found the food to be hit-or-miss; for example, while one customer's burger was cooked well, their fries were lukewarm and soggy. There have also been reports of inconsistent service, including long wait times for orders. Additionally, a recurring issue with pickle requests not being followed accurately has left some customers with mixed feelings. Despite these issues, the friendly and efficient service has been appreciated, especially by those who visited late at night. However, there are concerns about employee attire, as one customer noted inappropriate dress from a younger male employee, suggesting the need for a dress code. Overall, the experience at this McDonald's location can vary from average to positive, depending on the day.
