About The North Pole Ice Cream and Treats

The North Pole Ice Cream and Treats is a new ice cream shop that has recently opened in the area. Despite its unoriginal name and the presence of a life-sized Santa statue guarding the entrance, the establishment has a certain charm to it. The small-town ice cream stand vibe is complemented by a menu with potential, and it's clear that someone cares about the business.

The whipped cream used in the desserts is a standout, being thick, creamy, and rich. However, the lack of sweetness in the whipped cream is a minor drawback that can be easily remedied with a few spoonfuls of sugar. The banana split, while arriving in the general shape, had a bit of an abstract presentation, with the toppings not quite in their proper places.

One notable aspect of the customer service is the casual involvement of the server, who happened to be the reviewer's sibling. While this may be considered inappropriate by some, it adds a touch of familial charm to the experience.

Overall, The North Pole Ice Cream and Treats is a local establishment that, despite a few quirks, offers terrific ice cream and wonderful service. The business is supported by a dedicated team of hardworking kids, and the shop is known for its sugar-free frozen treats, which are a hit with customers.

Ho-ho-hopeful!

There’s a new ice cream joint in town called The North Pole. Because nothing says “summer treat” quite like being reminded of subzero temperatures and forgotten Christmas decor. The name is about as original as a made-for-TV Christmas movie—and the life-sized Santa statue standing guard outside doesn’t exactly help break new ground. If you’ve ever wanted to be judged by a plastic Claus while licking a cone in July, your time has come.

Over priced for the portion size!! Children working there got orders completely messed up. Maybe if the prices were not so high, we could tip the kids better and then they would get the orders right. Sorry for this harsh review but, I was shocked to pay 18.50 for 2 scoops and 2 churros. The 2 medium scoops were lost in a cup that could have had a flat cover instead of the big tall dome that kept falling off in the to go bag. I was so disappointed when I got home, I just put the...read full review
