I cannot believe how filthy and unkept this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Bellingham is. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with how nasty the place looks. The floors are sticky and disgusting, clearly not mopped or cleaned properly in ages. Tables were dirty and covered in crumbs and smears, and the counters were equally nasty – greasy, grimy, and just unappetizing.
I went in just to buy a cake, and even for that quick transaction, I was appalled. The entire store gave off the feeling of neglect and zero pride in cleanliness or customer experience. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust eating anything prepared here. The lack of basic sanitation alone is enough to make you question what’s going on behind the scenes in the kitchen.
This was my first and definitely my last time here. With so many other options, there’s no reason anyone should waste their money in a place that’s this dirty and poorly maintained. Shame on the management for allowing such conditions.

Our Family has been here quite a few times and it has always been good. Yesterday was a bad day. We ordered a couple of double cheese bacon burgers and the burgers were dried out like cardboard and one of them was totally burnt in which we tossed in the garbage to give it a decent burial . We also ordered a malted shake and it was undrinkable. Went back in and their response was We don't know how to make it. Unfortunately the malted shake joined the bacon double cheeseburger in the garbage.The prices were very high. For a family of of 4 was over 70.00 and the only thing that was okay was the ice cream that my kids had. You really can't mess up ice cream now. We will no longer be dining or ordering here again after today. So if the owners have noticed a decrease in sales this might be a good part of it.. You need to serve QUALITY Products. There is a lot of competition in the fast food industry.

Worst Dairy Queen. Always a line, take forever. Restaurant full of employees yet it takes 10 min to get a 3 strip meal. Customer are always leaving due to sitting in drive thru line.

Stopped in for a blizzard. I was super confused as the building has signs on it with the flip or free policy. My blizzard was served in a brown paper bag with a soft drink lid on it. When I asked why I was given an attitude from the young girl there. Awful experience.
We visited a clean and well-staffed Dairy Queen location, where my wife and I enjoyed a sweet treat - two chocolate-covered swirl cones. While we had the option to dine in, we opted to take our dessert to go.

I have frequented this dairy queen many times. The staff do not listen or pay attention. I was asked TWICE, how i wanted it, because the first time i told her, she missed it. After correcting it, i STILL received the incorrect order.
It baffles me, that they would speak about my hair in portuguese, rather than paying attention to the order. It makes me angry, that they assume i dont understand them, and immediately disrespected me.
The manager is great, but i did not go back down to fix the errors. As i have mayonaise at home. Id rather do it the way i asked for it myself, than to have them purposely mess it up out of anger. Included is the receipt and the picture of my double cheeseburgers, slathered with mustard.
