Stopped in for a blizzard. I was super confused as the building has signs on it with the flip or free policy. My blizzard was served in a brown paper bag with a soft drink lid on it. When I asked why I was given an attitude from the young girl there. Awful experience.

I have frequented this dairy queen many times. The staff do not listen or pay attention. I was asked TWICE, how i wanted it, because the first time i told her, she missed it. After correcting it, i STILL received the incorrect order.
It baffles me, that they would speak about my hair in portuguese, rather than paying attention to the order. It makes me angry, that they assume i dont understand them, and immediately disrespected me.
The manager is great, but i did not go back down to fix the errors. As i have mayonaise at home. Id rather do it the way i asked for it myself, than to have them purposely mess it up out of anger. Included is the receipt and the picture of my double cheeseburgers, slathered with mustard.

Parking: Plenty of diagonal parking on both sides of the building.

Don’t bother ordering ahead they completely ignore you while you’re waiting to pickup your order and they continue to take everyone in line. This has happened to me numerous times here not just once. Takes a total of 2 seconds to hand over a bag. The girl was rude when we asked about our pickup order too. Well I’m sorry to have disturbed you. Do better.

The mini blizzards are insanely small and they cost $5!!! Just buy a large and you'll get triple the amount of ice cream and save $3
