We waited over 20 minutes for a frozen coffee that they made wrong twice. A frozen hot chocolate had to be remade twice. The girls were clueless 🙈 😕

I messed up and didn't double check that my dd app was for the other location on Hartford Ave by Larry's liquors. Got a coffee. Drove to the good dd and realized my order was at the rapid refil. I was so disappointed. I knew I'd have to ask for a refund because my coffee is terrible. I don't know if the staff burns the coffee or uses old coffee for iced coffee but it's so nasty and bitter. When I came inside rapid refil the staff was just hanging out talking and not doing much work. My coffee was terrible. But I tossed it instead of dealing with the social talk hour at the DD. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Coffee is terrible staff is just as awful. I'm bummed I don't have a coffee on Fathers day to drink with my dad. But this location staff hates their jobs and pushes out the worst quality food and drinks. If you get something toasted it'll taste like the toaster cleaner. Coffee is bitter and awful. Staff could care less.

I LOVE this Dunkin; it's my favorite one! Sierra and Renee are usually on at night and they are both absolutely amazing! Perfect tea or coffe every single time! The whole crew is very perky and happy, it's refreshing 😊

Afternoon/early evening crew around 5pm SUCK and like to screw around,making a line extend way back to the diesel pumps in the back yard!!
Very rude supervisor and crew!!

Employees are nice enough for me, and they get it right. But dunkin' Coffee and food is terrible. Employees can't fix that. I don't know why people like it so much.

You order butter and you get cream cheese instead and they originally thought it was peanut butter. If the word butter is used how do you get peanut butter and cream cheese from it? Brooke gives you cold coffee

This place is hit or miss. The hazelnut taste way off. I'm not sure what white chocolate or raspberry taste like in coffee but I wonder if there's been a mix with the hazelnut and some other flavors or the store just doesn't rinse the spoons after stirring other drinks. Because hazelnut just doesn't taste right and it's only at this location. Other times the drink just is not made right and there's no flavor added at all. Staff is usually always nice. This is a busier location. Donuts are always fresh. So the kids love it. I've stopped buying coffee though so we don't get donuts either.

My next issue is that I went through the drive through did an app order. The app glitches charges me twice. I told the drive through worker. She said not to worry they didn't make the order twice I would see the refund on my card well. Over a month later it still hasn't been refunded almost 9$ order I never received and the Chai wasn't very good. I don't complain about the quality of the drinks like I should every time I got them but the 9$ is what really left a bad taste. The bad drinks I would have just avoided this location. I am unsure how to get my refund. I'd also really appreciate if the hazelnut issue could be resolved or if staff could just be measured to wash spoons because this dunkin is closest to my house and I'd like to start getting my coffees here again.

This is only for that old lady that works the night shift, walked off mid order, didn’t give me what i asked requested. very disappointed in the service, i work night shift in customer service too, but, im not a goober about it.
