Dunkin'

When I stepped up to the counter I was greeted with a long yawn from the employee. He never said a word as I ordered my coffee. When it was time for pick up i asked for a tray for my three hot coffees and he walked away. Another employee told me they keep the trays near the straws and walked away. Not a place I will be stopping for my coffee again

Morning people always messes my orders up....its getting so annoying especially this time. Their attitude is terrible!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after ordering ahead. My order was confirmed at the speaker, but when I got to the window they had no idea what to do. I had ordered a hot oatmilk latte. I got to work and I seem to have not only a dairy latte, but there is no espresso in it. I have a warm milk. The telephone number does not work when you call to inquire about it. Emailed customer service to try to get a refund and some training tips for the staff. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Other than interminable waiting time, the line of traffic about a quarter mile long and the fact that I couldn’t get either/both a hot beverage of choice or food that took ridiculously long, why just fine! 🙀🙀🙀😂😂😂

Great food and great people working there. Made my iced coffee perfectly. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and hash browns.

Everything was nice inside. Nice place to sit and have breakfast.

We waited over 20 minutes for a frozen coffee that they made wrong twice. A frozen hot chocolate had to be remade twice. The girls were clueless 🙈 😕

I messed up and didn't double check that my dd app was for the other location on Hartford Ave by Larry's liquors. Got a coffee. Drove to the good dd and realized my order was at the rapid refil. I was so disappointed. I knew I'd have to ask for a refund because my coffee is terrible. I don't know if the staff burns the coffee or uses old coffee for iced coffee but it's so nasty and bitter. When I came inside rapid refil the staff was just hanging out talking and not doing much work. My coffee was terrible. But I tossed it instead of dealing with the social talk hour at the DD. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Coffee is terrible staff is just as awful. I'm bummed I don't have a coffee on Fathers day to drink with my dad. But this location staff hates their jobs and pushes out the worst quality food and drinks. If you get something toasted it'll taste like the toaster cleaner. Coffee is bitter and awful. Staff could care less.

I LOVE this Dunkin; it's my favorite one! Sierra and Renee are usually on at night and they are both absolutely amazing! Perfect tea or coffe every single time! The whole crew is very perky and happy, it's refreshing 😊

Afternoon/early evening crew around 5pm SUCK and like to screw around,making a line extend way back to the diesel pumps in the back yard!!
Very rude supervisor and crew!!

Employees are nice enough for me, and they get it right. But dunkin' Coffee and food is terrible. Employees can't fix that. I don't know why people like it so much.
