Nestled at the light sits this cute Dunkin Donuts where you can find your coffee always fresh, never old and burnt, they take your directions seriously. They understand everyone has a different way to make their coffee and that one coffee can kick off a healthy daily routine or cascade a domino catastrophe. Around lunch time, hopefully Olivia is the one to make your coffee or Jordan who works the last leg shift because they truly care about your order! That's unfortunately difficult yet ahhmazing when you do find More than one person at one establishment who invests attention to your order!! Give them a raise for those constant greeting smiles!
Ps. This Dunkin rarely runs out of crullers but the words out now!!

Guy who work there totally ruined my morning. Really bad service ,I will never go back. I asked him to add some milk in my coffee and he made a face ,very bad attitude .He even used bad word on my back. Well I even offered to pay extra for 2 spoon of milk. I feel offended … they don't know what is customer service.

Pulled up to the drive-through ordered a large hot chocolate with five pumps of cream and whip cream and a lemon loaf cost me seven dollars on my way to work so there was no way I could turn back when I took a sip when I was in the next town over to find out. It was a large hot Coffee 🤬🤬🤬

Super nice staff and consistent food and drinks. This is a fast food joint so it's rated in that category alone. There are many Dunkin's aroind but I would go out of my way to go to this one.
The management has the most disgusting attitude. The way they treat their staff in front of customers is absolutely unacceptable. I can’t even imagine what happens behind the scenes.

Poor customer service, the person taking my order did not understand me after four times so i politely asked for someone else to take my order, whatever woman that was working with her in the background in a very aggressive manner told her "no we don't do that,if she doesn't like it she can leave" I wasn't rude I was simply asking for someone that could understand me better so I could get my tired and complaining toddler home(whom is very upset she didn't get her specialty donut). Not only did this happen, but she was also quick to run out of the store and after my vehicle in a very confrontational manner on the phone with whomever screaming :" yeah that one!" These workers are unprofessional and this was not acceptable.
