I don't go to McDonalds very often and today I was reminded why. As my order was being taken at the drive through the cashier kept trying to give me my total before I was even finished ordering. I pull up to get my order. (Two chicken nugget Happy Meals, a plain cheeseburger and a Filet-O-Fish meal w/ no sauce and extra cheese) I was handed my drink first, then the Happy Meals and then the bag with the other meal. Understaffed... way understaffed ... chaotic ...
My "hot caramel" sunday was the most disappointing excuse of a Sunday that I have ever seen... hot caramel dispenser was broke, so I kinda had a cold coffee caramel drizzle over melted 1/2 full container of milky disappointment....
Only positive: all the food was made-to-order
Breakfast all day, good concept! At least now customers will actually have time to get their breakfast! Pretty sad when you wait so long it switches to lunch menu and they deny you breakfast.
