Joel and “Roxae” are responsible for completely ruining my dinner tonight. Ordered via door dash and they forget the queso which is the central part of the order. I called and they couldn’t have been more rude. Not offering anyway to help just saying they were “busy” well now they will be less busy moving forward because I will never order from here ever again.

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. I had to repeat my food order three times because they kept getting it mixed up. What made it worse was that the manager didn't seem to care. He was too busy sitting down and eating chicken to address the issue. I ended up leaving.

Just started going to the Moe's in Bellingham and it's amazing! The manager is WICKED nice and helpful, and the staff is always friendly and happy to see me! And the food is out of this world! I guess I didn't know what a REAL taco was until now!

Would the owner of this Moe’s please buy a new card reader! The poor girl has to do a whole speech every time someone uses a card! Not a good look, and an easy quality of life investment that would make everyone’s experience better!

Went to Moe's a few weeks ago and loved the food. Was excited to have it for dinner tonight. However when I arrived at 8:30pm the store was already closed although closing time says 9pm. Disappointed that I couldn't get my Moe's for dinner.

Went in at 7:40pm today to get a Stack and was informed that the "grill" was closed. You close at 9 and shut down a main aspect of your restaurant at before 7:40. Poor business operation.
Very good place, delicious food, workers are nice and always get my order done correct with no mess ups

Food and atmosphere were average/to be expected. This review is definitely about the abysmal service. A really nice woman put my order together and was polite, clean and efficient. She said the whole "WELCOME TO MOE'S" greeting with a smile. Moe's if you're listening,you're going to need more than a greeting to keep your customers. Anyway, this is an employee you WANT working for you. THEN her boss comes out, takes cash payment and keeps $2 of my tip for himself. He said and I quote, "Here's your change and this is for me." I thought he was kidding! I was shocked by his behavior because I've never encountered that before. I've worked in restaurants since I was 14 and this was a first. I was going to tip more, but I was so taken aback. I called the store when I got home because that didn't sit well with me. 1, tips are earned. 2, is he keeping it all when he didn't put my order together? 3, he screwed the whole staff out of a bigger tip!Management didn't care when I called- zero concern about customer relations, etc and Corporate didn't care when I followed up with them. I wasn't looking for a free meal or my measly $2. I wanted someone who knew better to say, "hey, maybe don't act like that?" I'll never get what I want, but that says more about them. This location is a joke. Chipotle is close by. If you are a returning customer and you want to tip, find out the name of the nice person who is helping you and give them a holiday card with a tip in it just for them. Then other less deserving employees can't ruin a good thing.

I come here to eat lunch once a week, and every time I eat here, it’s a great experience. The owners are very friendly and know how to make a mean plate of nachos. This is the Moe’s for me!
