Great Steak. The steaks are very big and juicy cooked fresh and come out hot. Unlike some popular food chains; where, the steak comes out cold. All the food was nice and hot coming out of the kitchen. The house salad was really good and the baked potato was good as well. The wait staff is sub-par and not very friendly or inviting. When you first enter, you have to walk through the bar to get to the small dining room. There is a large dining room that Pete's bluebird does not utilize. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but the staff made me feel unwelcome at my last visit.

Sign on doors says temporarily closed but it's been shuttered for weeks. Prior, recent reports have the kitchen closing with diners waiting for food because the owner was in a bad mood or not feeling like cooking. We hope it reopens. It was a gem.

Not a fancy place at all. Old fashioned hometown restaurant. However, if you are dressed down and still want to have the best thick steak ever, this is the place. Super high quality red meat, cooked by an expert. Simple all American menu. Great price.

Been going to Pete's since I was a kid and the menu is the exact same! Very small menu but what's on it is done exceptionally well. Probably one of the best sirloin steaks you'll ever have! Billy back there in the kitchen is a master at what he does! Also the salads are amazing!!! So simple yet so good truly a diamond in the rough!!

Ate at bluebird today ,I was told they where known for there steak. This was the worst meal I ever had . I asked for the steak to be med , it came out raw , the meat wasn’t seasoned with anything loaded with fat , I received 10 steak fries with it an a horrible salad , the lettuce was old , dirty with tiny 4 little pieces of tomato then it was drenched in there Version of Italian dress which was horribly. This meal was very expensive 2 plates 57.80 . I suggest you save your money an go to outback or long horn , much better food there . I will never eat at this ruin down place again!!!!!also he only had one waitress to sever everone

We went much anticipation hearing about the sirloin great steaks. Medium well steak was ordered, but brought to our table medium rare and had to be sent back. Unfortunately, this ruined the dinner experience with one person eating while the other waited 10+ minutes more until the underdone steak was cooked as ordered.
