Located in the shopping center near Stop and Shop. Not many nearby parking spaces, but parking is not hard to find considering its next to Stop and Shop's huge parking lot. Staff is not bad, even when it's busy. I have never had issues with this place, but feel bad for those who have. Mistakes happen, its how the restaurant deals with those mistakes that really matter. Massachusetts has a lot of pizza places and a lot of them are pretty average, but the pizza here is pretty good. Don't order smaller than a large if you don't want thin crust. The wings here are good too, not super soggy like Domino's. They used to have Nuclear hot wings and fried pickles that were to die for. Maybe they'll bring it back. I recommend this place to others. Also, place your order ahead if able.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen children be dropped off for food and they brought the food that was ordered to them. I love that this pizza place is a place where u can sit and eat a slice if that's all u want. It's old school.
The owner is sweet and very polite. The cashier was very polite. The food is good and have really good portions.

I Called for takeout, placed my order and was hung up on right in the middle of asking an additional question. Got there 20 minutes later and my order was still not ready. The order price went from $11 to $15 and change when I got to the store. They charge an extra $3 for a gluten wrap! Ridiculous! On top of that, the wrap was stale as hell. It's a one and done for me with this place.
Unfortunately this place has gone down hill rapidly over the last few months. Every delivery order has been wrong, and this last pickup order was also wrong. Though I’ll say for the delivery’s they did re-deliver the food once.
This time I said no mustard on the sub, sub comes with mustard. I call them and his instant response was “the kitchen printer doesn’t print stuff you type” which I didn’t…. “Mustard on side” is an option.
I asked for it to be re-delivered, or re-funded. No delivery driver to re deliver, and “cannot” refund.
I could have picked it up again after I was home, or have a credit then have no food. People make mistakes, I get it. That’s why I didn’t change my review after the first few, but at the point …. Blackhawk it is.
