EXPENSIVE and DECEPTIVE. Mixed flavor reviews… I was very happy with the taste and freshness, The Mrs. Was unimpressed. This was our first visit: we came to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We brought our own cake. The servers were nice enough to give us a couple plates when the time came. The main reason for a three is the SHOCKING price! The posted menu told us that a combo plate would be $23. But, when we ordered the price turned out to be $37! Because we combined haddock with scallops there was an additional $3 surcharge. No one told us about the vast difference in price between what was posted and the actual price. My wife and I shared the combo platter. Our birthday guest ordered a seafood platter. Two lemonades were selected as drinks and our bill was over $90! If it weren’t for our friend and the loooooonnnng decision to meet at this particular place, we would have left. The difference in prices between the menu and the actual price is shameful. Fix this!!!

The fried seafood breading was not what I was used to. Prices not compatible with the type of restaurant. $40 for a fried scallop plate with only 6 scallops. Will not go again

My family and I have grown up eating rosewoods. I moved back to town this year and man did the food go down hill. I’ve gone multiple occasions and ordered different things. My husband got the scallops 2 different times and both times he was grossed out by how undercooked they were. The fish sandwich my family got was “disgusting” their words not mine. The food is poor quality and undercooked. The ice cream however is good.

Yummmmyyy fried seafood. Ordered a seafood plate, steak and cheese sub, BLT's and ice cream. Absolutely amazing and worth the drive from Boston to Bellingham for this spot.

Customer service is trash. Everyone they answer the phone someone has an attitude. The wanted to delete my last review so I’m posting it again. Diana attitude is the worst of them all. Never spending my money there again

We shared the clam plate, a foot long hot dog, of course ice cream for dessert! Batter on the fried clams & onion rings is so light and flakey, and doesn’t over power the seafood. Also the clams were a good mix of small and large bellies. Hot dogs were good too. Ice cream serving was huge, I got a kiddie size and thought I got the wrong order it was like 2 scoops. Parking was easy, but it was kind of early for dinner so wasn’t super busy. we ate inside, tables and chairs, turn over was fairly quick, didn’t have to wait for a table. Plus they have a lot of picnic tables outside.

First time here, cheeseburger sub was OK, burger had good flavor but bread wasnt toasted but thats not a huge issue so it gets a star, but my daughters cheeseburger was not seasoned as mine was, very bland, the fries that come with her kids meal and the order I did for myself were not good, Wheres the salt? Tasteless fries and overcooked, my wife had the haddock plate with onion rings and fries, she said the haddock was good and onion rings were ok but her fries also lacked salt and overcooked, last thing was the Buffalo Tenders, has to be frozen tenders from store, then 4 tenders for $11 is crazy, these were the worst tenders I had in a long time, spent over $60 for food that was not great, I wont be going back
