Another one of my favorite places. We have a favorite server named Rosa that make visiting here great. The food and drinks are always great! I usually have coconut margarita here as well. Love the nachos with guacamole.
We were the first wedding Sol de Mexico had ever catered. We were also the first event of 140 people they had ever served. They did absolutely amazing! Everyone loved the buffet style food they provided, and services of cleaning, filling water, and serving the food! The staff was friendly and helpful. Brenda, the manager, was amazing throughout the whole process! Her and I had good communication to make sure everything went as planned. They put a lot of resources into this event...
Come here often to meet with friends for drinks, the Guacamole with chips always tasty, my top to go to drink is the Piña colada, the chimichangas here are always well cooked and delicious.
