The worker tonight attitude caused me to walk out. Was greeted with annoyance at the fact that I walked in while he was doing an online order. Then when he was ready to take my order he greeted me with attitude saying “yes?”. Nope walked right on out. Usually when I go there the guys there are so nice but this one… you’s need to find a new closer he ain’t the one!!

My partner and I came in this store tonight, and was kinda greeted with no personality, my partner tried to talk or have a night conversation, but worker had a dull personality, but whatever, so he asked us if we wanted extra cheese , we showed him a coupon before that, and we said yes, and he didn't explain that it was going to be an extra $1.50 for each sandwich , which was 3 Boss, so we were kinda upset that we were charged and wasn't told before hand. Nothing like coming in a store and having a person making your food with no personality. ?

I ordered delivering through the app and it never showed up. I called and spoke with someone who didn’t speak any english and couldn’t help me at all. He was the only one there and didn’t know how to answer anything I said. I ended up leaving work and going to the restaurant and the man still couldn’t help me. He wouldn’t even remake my food. He said his manager would be in touch soon. It’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything. Terrible TERRIBLE service. Hope it gets shut down or they get staff that can actually help the customers. Unfortunately this is a neighborhood that mainly speaks English so they need to have someone else there to help him. Wish I could rate it zero stars.

Wouldn't accept a national coupon. Sandwich barely had any meat on it. For a $12 sandwich, this was the worst I've had in a long time. Will never go back to this location.

Went there today got a great tuna sub. The girl that I made it was very nice and friendly. But I could not tip her because there is no longer a place to tip her on my card. I felt bad because I had no cash on me. Please bring back the tip button so us patrons can tip the people workering please and thank you
