I’ve been getting pizza from here for over a year. Mostly, with little to no issues. However, the last two times they missed the estimate wait time by 20 minutes. This last time they completely forgot to make my pizzas and when I asked about it they realized they forgot the ticket on the board. Mark and Toni's might have a bit of an outdated atmosphere, but their food is really really good. I eat out about once a week, and this is usually my go-to place 50% of the time. Their side of chicken tenders is the best in the area, the meatless sub is super well balanced and has excellent flavor, and they have good other things too (fries, chicken parm, etc.). I will say that their pizza is mid.

Years ago the pizza was good. Nice oven. Now, IDK. Prices went up 2021. I understand food costs and everything costs more but there are a ton of other pizza places and other restaurants nearby.
Apparently the owner is suggesting other locations than Belmont. Does that sound responsive?
