The tall blond woman this morning of September 27, 2021 she was flat out rude I didn’t appreciate her at all- manager you better take care of that rude employee of yours. Not the first time she is rude to me, she needs some training on manners. The other employee was nice she helped me after all.Not happy with that girl at all

Today, when I went to Starbucks, the magnificent, kind, and friendly lady named Manasa prepared me an amazing drink. Good thing I listened to her recommendation!! thank you so much Manasa!! you are the best employee I have ever met at Starbucks!!

Starbucks is the McDonald's of coffee. You know what you're getting
I will absolutely never set foot in this Starbucks ever again.... The fact that I waited for 20 minutes for a drink that clearly never got made while four other people behind me had their drinks made quickly is only the beginning... I did feel bad for the young woman who was behind the counter because it looks like to me that she's still training... Young man at the register appeared clueless.... Heard giggling from the back Room who never came out to assist young woman who was asking for help. Someone needs to explain to this young lady that when you're working for a place like this you need to learn how to establish a rhythm and to hustle... It appeared that many people were waiting for drinks all afternoon and it looks like mistakes were being made left and right. Not sure who owns this place or who is the franchisee but you really need to look into how your store is being run on a regular basis. After this afternoon's fiasco I spoke to 2 different people who were local and they laughed at me with a knowing wink and said yes that place often has issues with service...

small place but amazing it is always busy on wednesday because all the kids go there so you will be waiting 20 min for ? drink the place is very small so not a lot of room to get by people but amazing food and drinks

The staff here is very nice and patient, giving really good advice about my tea lemonade, which resulted in even better taste than the original taste! O got the guava white tea lemonade, and he suggested to skip the extra sweetener since the guava syrup is sweet enough already. And he was right! My drink was delicious! Thank you!
