We recently ordered a large quantity of hot fudge for our sons wedding in Delaware because Rancs has the best hot fudge anywhere!! It was a huge success! We can’t thank the owner Joe enough. He was able to get us that large order and package it for our drive to Delaware! Thank you Joe for everything!! You’re the best!!!!
I recommend Rancatores because the ice cream is so good! and the service is amazing.
The manager at the Leonard St location is a real jerk. I watched him belittle a high school kid/customer in front of his family and other customers. The kid appeared to have called ahead about a job. I couldn’t believe how rude the manager’s reaction was. He asked the CHILD “what’s wrong with you?”, prompting the mother to respond and defend her child. Needless to say, I will not be returning. This establishment clearly needs new leadership.
