This has been our "go-to" pizza place and have never had any issues before. Unfortunately, our last order arrived 1.5 hours after placing the order. I understand things happen and sometimes orders may arrive a little late. The initial ETA was 30-40 min wait, which was fine. Twenty minutes after the initial ETA, I called to make sure everything was okay with my order and that it wasn't delivered to the wrong address because they are usually on time.
