There is something nice and family about this place. My 7 and 10 year old grandkids love it, hot dogs and root beer, interesting German type food for grown ups and great big beer selection. It's in a basement, lots of benches and picnic tables. We keep going back.
We swung into their lower hall for a bit to eat before heading into Boston. The have a beer hall feel in the lower hall and serve a lot of international beer and meals. It gave off a very Belgium vibe. They care about what glasses you get your beer out of and served a lot of sausage and schnitzel style meals.
