When I fly out to the east cost one of the first places that I visit is DD. I love their coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. This time we decided to stop by place that we have never visited before.First impression, the attendant did not seem to be there or was not having a good day. So I ordered a small black coffee and a glazed donut. Then my wife ordered a croissant sandwich, and a pineapple/mango smoothie. By this time the attendant is rolling her eyes back and forth as if our presence bothered her.We partially got our order (the sandwich was missing) so I waited at the counter for my wife sandwich. Meanwhile the attendant is sweeping the floor. So I called her and asked her "my sandwich?". So she looks up to the monitor and say that the sandwich hasn't been delivered. So throws a croissant in the over (HELLOOOOO!) get's the thing out and slaps an egg on it, then hands it over. When I got to the car my wife unwraps the burnt thing. We could not believe how bad the sandwich looked. I was not happy so I took the sandwich back and left it on the counter and walked away. I could have said a few words but I was too upset.Needless to say, I will never stop by this place again.

Not a fan of the Dunkin' chocolate cake flavored donuts. The Boston cremes will always be supreme! The coffee is always good.
