The nitro NEVER works here. Been in and out over the course of 4 months and it never pours correctly.
Staff seems indifferent or do not realize that is NOT how Nitro works and just pass off the coffee.

I work next door at Bernardston Sunoco, and I've been getting coffee, etc semi regularly for a few years now. I usually have a positive experience whenever I order from Dunkin. My only criticisms are the bathroom could be cleaned more regularly, and I wish the Dunkin brand would go back to the original platform of just coffee and donuts. Aside from that, good job Bernardston Dunkin!

Dunkin' used to be great, but now they seem lazy. The drinks are poorly made with syrup left in cups. Service has declined, forgetting orders and lacking attention. Despite this, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Customers expect better quality and service. A dog seemed to enjoy the experience, unlike a disappointed customer.
