Dunkin' used to be great, but now they seem lazy. The drinks are poorly made with syrup left in cups. Service has declined, forgetting orders and lacking attention. Despite this, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Customers expect better quality and service. A dog seemed to enjoy the experience, unlike a disappointed customer.
