A bit disappointed. Got the lamb burger with onion rings. Onion rings were greasy and the batter was falling off the onions, and it seemed like the burger was just thrown together, with no care for presentation. I won't be rushing back.

We made a reservation for before a show- and noted it on the reservation. The server mentioned it when we arrived then worked to make sure we made the show on time! She was efficient and friendly and the food was great. Only - very minor- complaint was there was a speaker over the table that was too loud for us but overall it added to a lively vibe.

Food wasn't hot, didn't seem fresh. Said if we didn't have reservations we wouldn't get in but capacity was under 50% the entire time. Slower service following food coming. Multiple people had stomach aches after meal. We've gone here for so long bht this past time wasn't great.

Generally the food here is tasty. They do a nice job with the burgers- always cooked as you request and interesting flavors. The service, however, is another thing completely and, in my opinion, makes this a don't return or low on the pick list if I'm in the Beverly area. They are slow, don't think allergen information is important, and just seem like they generally are not happy to be working there and that's reflected in how they communicate to the customers. When they have the windows open on a fall or spring day it brightens up the place, but overall, I'd say there are better options for yummy food that come with the service you expect as well.

Exceptionally horrible! The burger is so mediocre. The burrata burger came with a SLIVER. Of burrata. We were charged 19+1+2 22 total for the burrata burger even though we didn’t want the fig jam or bacon only burrata. The sad tiny square of burrata we got was laughable. We asked for some extra burrata we were given a teaspoon of extra burrata and charged 2 more dollars for it and a dollar for the tomato. Look I’m a server I get upselling but this is RIDICULOUS. Server was friendly but this is CHEATING the customer and just left a really bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.

Crazy this place isn’t more packed with the deals they have going on! After 8pm you can get a $5 burger/fries, and they also have $3 Coors. We had the best time with the bartender Randall, who made great cocktails, and the manager Kelly who checked in on us a bunch.

Let me begin by saying that they work to make sure customers are satisfied. They were training a new runner which sometimes creates issues with receiving orders correctly. But by taking the time to let them know about the issues, then you give them a chance to correct the problems. And that is what they did. So much better to give them the opportunity to make things right than just complaining on online reviews.
