I went there while on a work trip. The place was awesome! Great food, beer and service. It was so good that we went back a second night and our server remembered us. I would highly suggest the Seafood Pie and Tailfin beer. Great quality and very reasonably

This is a fun bar with very inexpensive, large drinks but since they do sell a lot of seafood there is a strong fish odor which is understandable. There are a lot of young 21 year old college students, but there is still a good mix of people younger and older. The service is good overall and there are $1 pizza slices! Over all 4/5

Parking: Definitely NOT enough Handicapped spots, only one near the front door, and is ALWAYS taken by a regular patron with NO placard or plate. Very disheartening! I haven't been there for a couple of weeks just for this reason.

The place is ugly and very loud. However, the food tastes good and they have a decent selection of beer. Would I go back? Absolutely not. But I wouldn’t discourage anyone to try it.

This place is clearly an absolute landmark for locals and everyone we talked to during our stay in Salem had something to say about it. I would recommend everyone passing though the area like us give it a try if only for the experience.But, for us, this was a big miss. We went in with an open mind but found the entire place messy and kind of trashy. My lobster roll was like chewing rubber, the bartenders ignored us unless we aggressively waved them down, and the handwritten bill was so sloppy we don’t even know how much we paid for what. My partner ordered a half-pint but the bartender just gave him half a glass of beer and charged him full price?Obviously this place is a historic treasure for a lot of people in the area and worth trying so you can make up your own mind. But for us… we just didn’t get it.

Food was awesome as always but I think they are understaffed. Waitress service was rough . But in no way was it her fault . There's only so much you can do when you have so many tables . Plus it doesn't help when the weather is bad and everybody decides to go to the pub . lolKid-friendliness: It's an adult place . maybe lunch time . I'm sure it's more friendly in the summertime with the outdoor patio they put inWheelchair accessibility: Roll in roll out no problem . Flat level ground . You're not killing yourself

Very popular with the locals. The Anchor Pub and Grill in Beverly MA offers a large and diverse selection of American dishes with a long earned earned reputation for the best Seaford. I hear that the Owner pulls and collects lobsters from her own traps each morning. I enjoyed a Fried Clam Platter well complimented by a pint of Sam Adams (Cold Snap).

The foods incredible but the service is horrible and they don't take orders for pick up you have to go there wait forever just to get something to take home for the prices you should be able to place an order over the phone but its to hard for them to do there
