I ordered a medium cold brew, and a cucumber deluxe on a bagel. I was told when I place the order that food would be 15 minutes which was no problem. After an hour still no sandwich, so a let a barista know to which he asked if I wanted a refund or to still get the sandwich and they’ll rush it out. I said I still wanted it, and a cucumber deluxe is a hot sandwich on their menu and it came out not hot at all. I’ve been coming to this cafe for many years and understand that people will sometimes make a mistake, but this was highly unacceptable to mess up the order this bad twice. When I told the same barista about the second mistake I then just asked for my money back to which I was giving the amount of the sandwich, but not the tax that was charged for it. People have their off days, but this was just a clear case of not caring about your job or the customer.

Place is usually very consistent. Came here 30 minutes before work at 4pm to give myself time. Placed an order for a simple wrap at 3:24pm online and it said it was going to be ready at 3:41pm. The sandwich was not ready until. Asked the woman 2 time's and she kept saying a few more minutes. Wrap did not come out until 4:05pm. Place was not busy at all or it didn't look busy atleast. I usually get my wrap within 15-20 minutes of placing the order. Not complaining. I had to grab my wrap and run to work so hopefully it is not messed up. Hopefully there is not a mistake I'll be super bummed out because I'm absolutely starving and I do not have another break until later on

This place has a lot of energy. It feels like spring is near. There are fresh smells in the air. You can hear people talking happily. The food is very good. They also have food that is healthy. The healthy food tastes good too. The decorations are not fancy. But they make you feel welcome. It's a nice place to spend time have a bite

My hot macchiato was barely lukewarm. They were out of everything bagels and it wasn’t even 10 AM yet. My sausage egg and cheese was mid. Don’t think I’ll be trying these guys again.

I love this place because you can always find a spot and it closes at 6. The staff are friendly BUT…everytime I stay later than 4 they start piling chairs on top of tables. Not that quiet either. That’s 2 hours before closing. I can understand when it’s done 30mins before closing but to see the place where you are hanging piled with chairs on the tables just feels like you’re getting kicked out. Imagine if you were invited to dinner at 5 and by 7 your guest was washing the dishes and flipping the chairs and said: don’t worry stay as long as you like.
Now I leave every time the chairs go on top of the tables. It’s too annoying. Too transactional. Like oh look we can’t make more $ anyways so let’s not care about the people who actually consumed and are still here to enjoy the vibe.

The cashier was so rude. I ordered a muffin and she didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. She rang up the sale and I asked for some butter and knife. She then rudely said “there’s an extra charge for that and you should have asked for butter when you told me what you wanted.” The muffin was delicious but the service was awful. Not to mention that the muffin was almost $4
Good food, good vibes, good staff.... but something is very, very wrong with their workflow. I've waited 30-40 minutes for a sandwich many times, and that's when they aren't even particularly busy. I can't recommend the place as a result; there's no such thing as a quick coffee here.
We are from out of town and the restaurant was recommended by a local. The person who took our order at the counter was very pleasant and explained it would take about 20 minutes for our orders. We had some difficulty finding seats. There were people on lap tops and one person checking a stack of mail in front of her. The restaurant is comfortable with people keeping a table. When we got our order my wife's croissant was burnt.She brought it back and the new person at the counter appeared annoyed. Not the "Friendliest Place In Town" like a sign inside says. The turkey sandwiches we had were pretty good.

$20k Marzocco machine and the cappuccino was like drinking a cigarette. Hope they dial in the machine soon. Bathrooms were clean. Cake of dust on fans in ceiling. Baked goods display needs a cleaning.
