NOTE to the OWNER, the three little girls you have at your counter were super rude to me. When I tried to order, and I was the only person ordering, they had a chat about the weather and made me wait till they were done their very important conversation. These people need service training. It was my first time in and I won’t be back.

I stumbled upon Bonny Breads on a Sunday morning. Staff was very friendly and it did smell great inside the shop. The customer area in the shop is very small and there does not seem to be a rhyme or reason to where people order from, which creates a traffic jam and makes you feel like you are in the way while ordering and then waiting for your order. Easy to fix if they choose. Lots of good choices for pastries and bread. I got the breakfast sandwich, which was pre made and just warmed up in the microwave - not what I was anticipating from a smaller specialty shop - was more like a Starbucks grab and go. Either way - cute idea and set up in downtown Beverly.

The breads,pastries and coffee are fantastic. The smell when ypu walk in is breath taking. However, there is some poor seat placement planning. Its very difficult to sit in those huge windows with the sun bearing down. You cant escape the glare. Its very difficult to enjoy hot coffee!! The tables and chairs are much to close together to enjoy a sit down breakfast sandwich and coffee.
