If this Burger King building were to include a handicapped-accessible door compliant with all ADA regulations, the establishment could significantly increase its customer base from the surrounding senior citizen apartment complexes.

I went through the drive through I ordered a cheese burger kids meal with no pickles or mustard with ONLY KETCHUP! Guess what my kid got everything I asked them not to put on it, next I ordered a number 4 no pickles meal with onion rings on the side and guess what I got when I got to the window I was handed a kids meal with the cheese burger wrong! And a side of onion rings! I asked her where my number 4 was that I ordered and she asked me to wait because she never actually took the full order. Then she hands me a bag with a whopper jr in a bag, when I got home I opened our food and the whopper jr is drenched in mayo the bread was soaked in mayo! It was soggy and mayo dripping everywhere. I don’t want my whopper swimming in mayo it was just disgusting and disgraceful. On top of that all I tried to take a few bites of it because that was suppose to be my dinner and all I could taste is pickles there was no pickles in it but you can smell the juice on the bread and the meat! And then the lettuce was slimmy! Don’t waste your money cause that was worse than dog food. Worse experience ever! That was a waste of money because the food went in the trash never going to a BK again. WENDYS FROM HERE ON OUT!

I know it's only burger king but really. I've given this location multiple chances due to convenience and location to where I live. But finally I'm giving up on this location. The boy with the glasses at drive through gives off the energy as if he's disgusted to be working or even serve you. If you don't like your job then quit.

The food is supposed to be hot if its fresh and its cold most of my visits. I apologize for never bringing up to the manger but she barely speaks English. If I speak in Spanish she doesn't understand or just don't care. Buyer be ware

Alberto (one of the managers) was extremely helpful. There was an issue with my order, and he took this issue very seriously. He couldn’t retrieve my order again, but he took my order from my phone (app).I was beyond pleased with his service. I usually don’t do reviews, but this one was well deserved. I hope he gets far with the company. I also hope Burger King recognizes him, and his excellent customer service. I used to stay away from this particular Burger King due to the service, but today they have gained my attention. Well done Alberto. Honestly, well done. Thank you again for your exceptional service and dedication.

Probably one of the best burger kings around. French fries are always fresh and hot. Burgers are well put together and fresh. That’s all you ask for when you go to a fast food place.
Best burger I ever had frozen coke is cool and I now love veggie burgers 100% better than McDonald’s and burgers is a great cooked level 50 cents for a delicious coffee!

Who is responsible for the employees? Seriously, this is the worst place of fast food I ever ate. Everytime I order food (take out), my order is wrong. Always missing something or an iten changed. I think the only criteria to work here is to mess up with the orders.
