I found butter ur biscuit through a friend who was in the middle of catering an event when she called me to tell me how fabulous the food truck was, I called the owner right away while he was still catering that event and asked him to cater my birthday party. The process was easy. They were incredibly kind flexible, warm people. They help me design a menu and made arrangements to have their food truck at my party. The food was incredible.. Everyone at the party was raving about the food from the empanadas to the quesadillas to the chicken waffles. And the bowls. Really was just all in all a delightful experience and a reasonable price point for all of the amazing qualities they bring to the table higher them. You won’t regret it.

First of all, let’s talk biscuits. Ridiculously good. Tall with tons of layers, and sooo buttery! The beautiful food truck arrived on time and set up quickly and began serving appetizers. The Mac and cheese balls were great but the empanadas were over the top, big and juicy! So may entree choices, all delicious. The staff was great! I highly recommend Butter ur Biscuit food truck for your next event!
