That was an amazing sandwich! Perfect juicy chicken, not to mention thick! This sandwich was thick! They didn’t skimp on anything, well worth the price. The biscuits were moist and just the right balance between crispy and soft! The chicken pulled away easily when I bit into it, the slaw wasn’t off putting like some can be. Just sensational! I found butter ur biscuit through a friend who was in the middle of catering an event when she called me to tell me how fabulous the food truck was, I called the owner right away while he was still catering that event and asked him to cater my birthday party.
