I come here all the time! This place has the best bahn mis (did i spell that right?) And I absolutely love their pho. Always fast and fresh. Everyone in this establishment is professional, yet super friendly and even remember my name! The atmosphere is on point and you definitely feel comfortable sitting down to eat here. I highly recommend this for your next lunch or dinner and I have no doubts you'll be more than satisfied.

From a Vietnamese person’s perspective, this is definitely the best pho in Massachusetts. I ordered a pho with rare beef and added on meatballs. The broth is extremely flavorful, the herbs are totally the “cherry on top”. The lady who took my order (I assume she’s the owner) is friendly and kind. I do regret not knowing this place sooner. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

I was looking to get food here and was going to park. I took a wrong turn and looped behind the building by accident where I saw something strange that caught my eye behind the restaurant. Upon closer inspection I came across what looked like large white buckets of steaming hot soup uncovered sitting on the ground behind the dumpsters. I asked an employee of a nearby establishment what was going on and they said that Calibasil would do that every single time they made their Pho to cool it down...WHAT?! Absolutely disgusting!
I've worked in restaurants before and there's no way this would be allowed anywhere in the industry.

Best pho and best service. The front of house staff are the highlight of each visit. We come here way more than is normal because of them! Could not recommend Calibasil enough. They single handedly make Beverly the best town in the North Shore.

I have been going to Cali Basil since they opened. I either pick up myself or eat in. Today I ordered delivery because I'm sick. I ordered 2 chicken pho with no noodles, extra for all veggies, extra sauces... as I always do. The order arrived as expected by Uber Eats. I opened the food containers to find the chicken and veggies are half the amount. I ordered extra and got less. Even on the sauces. I could put the contents of both bowls in 1 bowl and add 1 of the broths to make what I normally get when I've gone there since they've opened. I called to let them know about my experience. I have never called or had a complaint about my order. I spoke with a gentlemen who identified himself as a manager. I explained what I detailed here also noting they always put extra bean sprouts when "no noodles" is requested. He agreed. Then proceeded to tell me how to order extra sauces. Asks for my name to make sure they get my order correct next time I order. IMO they should get ALL orders correct. I asked that due to the less-than-normal portions that I am credited for 1 chicken pho because I could put both in 1 bowl. He replied that he highly doubted that. So they lost a regular customer who drives from Ipswich to Beverly to get their food because they just couldn't admit they made a mistake and fix it.
Lovely little lunch was had here! I had some Thai tea, chicken spring roll, and a beef banh mi sandwich. Everything was delicious! Food was so fresh, I could see one of the employees cutting up vegetables just behind the counter. Definitely want to come back and try out the pho as well!

Arrived at 12:20pm with no line, had to wait 10 mins for server to grab my order. Paid for Styr Fry Noodles of Beef & Extra Pork “For Here”; waited over 20mins and server brought a wrong order of Chicken; told him that I ordered Beef & Pork. Server was upset and was going to throw the food at the trash, so I told him “don’t throw the food to the trash since I’m waiting for so long the less I can do is try it while the kitchen does my actual order”. The server was rude and start screaming that I wanted “Free Food!”. So I told him “You know what, throw it to the trash or eat the chicken yourself, give me my correct order “To-Go” and I’m out of here ; I used to visit this place from time to time, never saw this server before; however, after that customer service definitively will never return. I told him to wait for my review and replied that doesn’t even matter is just one! Respect customers.
