I say this with peace and love for Chipotle, but this location is dysfunctional. I post this in an attempt to have Chipotle’s corporate overseers send in help and support to turn this place around. Arrived at 11:50 for lunch. No one in line. They only had two of the six protein options available. The only “meat options” available were sofritas and chipotle chicken. And only one serving of the chicken at that. Also, no white rice available. Also discovered that the soda machine doesn’t have any of the syrups so what I thought was Coke zero is actually just carbonated water. I wish this were a one off situation but this is the same story every time you arrive. It’s always as if an army platoon arrived just before you got there and cleaned them out. Often the soda machine is broken, or no ice. It’s always something. Chipotle please send help. Peace and love.
Editing to add- insult to injury here - no silverware included again on a take out order. My son literally bent a lid to use as a spoon once. Sounds petty but hard to eat a bowl without a fork.

Solid OK for this location. Around noon during the week, there is usually limited selection of meats and toppings. Dining area is usually dirty as well. If I want chipotle for lunch and have the luxury of time, I will wait until after 1pm to avoid the hassle of not getting the meal I went there for.

Whoever the manager is here should be fired. Usually out of multiple main ingredients, frequently gets my order wrong, and on a couple occasions just straight up closed 4 hours before the posted closing time. Coming from me who considers Chipotle his top comfort food, save yourself some frustration and just go to the Peabody Qdoba instead.

This is the worst chipotle of all time. Truly truly do not waste ur time and money. Pls do not come here. I can’t express enough not to go here. It is more worth it to go to a chipotle two states over, than go to this one. I would rather end my life than come here again. The workers are disrespectful, the food is severely undercooked, raw and got me sick. On top of that I waited 45 minutes for my food. This establishment needs to close.

We didn't have a good experience here. The tables were dirty and there wasn't any ice or veggies available. A few drink options were missing, as were the cutlery. Portion sizes are much smaller than other Chipotles we've been to as well. We won't be coming back.

In my experience if you doordash an order there’s a 50% chance something will be missing or incorrect. And if you go in person the restaurant is usually dirty.

FIX YOUR CARD MACHINE. so many people get frustrated with it not working. there are 8 people waiting for mobile orders, no one in line at the counter, with 4 staff upfront, and only one staff in the back making mobile orders. Staff upfront told us they can’t go back and help, and that it’s ridiculous you don’t put more staff on mobile orders during peak times. Also; retrain Casper. He gives horrible customer service and often avoids customers. The store is loud and he speaks extremely quietly, mumbling his words and not making eye contact. I’m not sure if he doesn’t care or has something going on. location is understaffed, undertrained and lacks any guidance. They give horrible customer service, and the area behind the counter is a mess. Those who order mobile orders/doordash/ Uber eats etc BEWARE! the orders are made often incorrectly with items missing or just plain the wrong order. When I deliver food from this chipotle half the time the customer tells me they’re missing something. That and during the lunch and dinner rush they just can’t keep up and don’t have properly trained staff to give good service and not keep customers waiting 30 minutes+. The other night there were only 3 staff working a Sunday night shift and it was busy, and they ran out of rice by 7. Whoever manages this chipotle clearly doesn’t have the leadership or the proper guidance to give service that is friendly, efficient and CORRECT. These issues have been going on for a year+ and this location needs a serious revamp where they have the correct leadership with real customer service and food service training. Never seen a chipotle so bad. Corporate, step in and FIX THIS OR CLOSE IT this has been going on for way too long and is unacceptable it goes on any longer
Will not be dining in this pig sty again. Can’t believe how filthy this location is. We were the only dine-in customers and could not find a clean table to sit and eat. Meanwhile, there were five employees standing behind the counter. There was no one in line and at any point one or two of the employees could’ve cleaned up in less then ten minutes. Management clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness. Makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like🥺 Employees were friendly but I can’t get over how disgusting the place is.

I ordered chips as a side and they weren’t even crispy they were some stale ones and others that were floppy! and my food was terrible. undercooked rice,. my online order was 20 mins late. and a half full bowl. one time i made an order for lunch to show up to a closed store at 1pm.
