Food is good but it makes no sense…I ordered 45 mins ago ahead and then I get there when it says it should be ready and then wait another 30 mins while 30 people walk up and get served!! What am I missing?????

Don’t waste your time!! My take-out order took 20 min longer than expected, when I got the food home the guac was brown, chips stale, food cold, and drink missing.

Disgusting restaurant. Food and trash everywhere. Missing items from our order that wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after pickup time. Chips are limp and greasy but not a hint of salt. Paid $40 for food that went straight into the trash. Portions are small and quality is lacking. Employees standing around while 10 people wait for pickup orders and nobody in line. No refund for missing items.

Haven’t been to this location in years because the portions were always a joke but went today and spent 16$ on a Barbacoa bowl just to have no meat and a tiny bit of beans when I had to ask for more beans, he looked at me and said “oh my bad”. They don’t give full scoop portions let alone any meat. Will not be returning and I hope they close this location and fire the manager because they should be doing better to represent the chipotle name.

Missing items in store, small serving size, asked for pinto was given black beans, no lettuce, and I watched her drop a pepper carrying it over the other items. Someone please show the employees this review page it seems accurate. Door Dashing from here is probably not the best idea as they are constantly missing items.
