I asked for my home fries to be well done and they were barely cooked. It took forever to be seated and the waitresses were not attentive at all. I'm being super nice with a 2 star rating.

Great food! I had the spinach benedict. The hollandaise is the key ingredient in any Benedict and they nailed it. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. I could go on but…..

A must for dinner. Salmon and steak tips were amazing. Service was spectacular. Love having this small intimate restaurant to go to while visit the Cabot in Beverly. Thank you City Eats for a spectacular meal.

I just had the most delicious Benedict at city eats mornings. They even made my hashbrowns crispy with onions. Top notch place for breakfast in Beverly

don’t go here if you’re looking for a quick and easy “city” breakfast experience.i hate giving bad reviews but very unhappy with service here. this was my second visit here, both unsatisfactory. first of all part of our order was left out (also noticed the table beside us suffered similar negligence). this usually wouldn’t warrant a bad review but we received this single piece of french toast 20 minutes later cold with no apology. our waitress did not come to refill coffee once. it was impossible to get her attention and she and one of the cooks (maybe the owner?) was literally chatting with a single customer for at least 10 mins. we ended up just paying at the register and leaving very unhappy and felt scammed by the price. breakfast should be fast and easy. this dining experience was going on an hour long for no reason and we felt like disrespected patrons.

I attended their Monday night "Friendly Feud" game from 7 - 9 PM and had so much fun! I also devoured their loaded nachos appetizer with pulled pork and a cold beer. The owners were there too and made their rounds, asking customers if everything was to their liking. That's always a sign of a good establishment. I most certainly will be back! :)

The locals told me this place was great and it is. Great regular breakfast, giant pancakes; my personal favorites were the sourdough toast & full body, non-bitter coffee. Sunday, there was a line to get in.

I hate writing poor reviews, but our experience here recently was just very disappointing. My friend and I went because she recommended it. We got in, ordered drinks, and put our orders in. There are about 9 tables inside and 2 or 3 outside. Not a large place. We waited for over a half hour and nothing. We only ordered an omelette and a classic breakfast, nothing crazy. Then we started to notice people that came in after us getting their food. Nobody had come over to us in a while so I looked over to the kitchen a few times to give a "what's up?" Look to the staff. They got the hint and started rummaging through order papers. Eventually our waitress came over and told us that they lost our order paper and asked us what we wanted again. Another 20 or so minutes later we finally got our food. My friend's order was wrong. The homefries were salty to the point of inedible. I had to ask multiple times for water. The staff was very unfriendly and seemed like they just wanted to leave. Bacon, eggs, omelette, and toast were good, so I give it two stars. We paid over $50 overall for mediocre food and terrible service from a very small restaurant. I will be trying a different restaurant next time.

Awesome Breakfast with a side of North of Boston humor. Dave the owner was able to leave Florida pre-Hurricane Ian with a limited batch of Southern Sweet Tea.Executive trained chef on the grill has a great sense of humor as well as Kristin, the experienced waitstaff. I will return. Red Dawg Dave.

Had the *Special* Lobster Omlete which was amazing, the breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and crisp as well! Highly recommend this corner eats! Great view of Beverly and people watching at a busy intersection...I recommend walking there as well, great history and beauty!

Excellent menu choices. Home made corned beef hash, muffins and biscuits were fantastic. Lobster Benedict was great. Friendly service.

I had a delicious gourmet salad topped with a large piece of grilled salmon that was out of this world. Paired with a nice glass of white wine. My friend's greek salad also looked good. The portions are hearty and beautifully composed and reasonably priced. Our waitress was both friendly & efficient and even the proprietor came over to our table to see how everything was. Now that is a sign of a classy establishment. I most certainly will be back! :)

It was more pricey that I would like it to be. Great service and good food. I don't think I would eat here too often but overall it was a nice experience.

Egg cheese bacon on a croissant. Yogurt fruit granola bowl. Mimosa of course. All very good and pleasant waitstaff.
