We loved working with Lori! She was incredibly kind and professional. Celiac disease runs in my extended family, so our wedding required an extensive gluten free menu. Lori was happy to accomodate, and made delicious gluten free dishes for our guests. She was also kind enough to accomodate last minute changes to our flatware order which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her!
