From the moment you step in this restaurant the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very comfortable stuff, it is a lovely restaurant to to go out with friends or with your date. tasty cuisine, qualified chief cook and stuff, good cost and generous service. Warmly recommended.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting in town. This was a fantastic restaurant! Our server Kyle provided excellent service. My husband had the steak and it was delicious and I had the lobster salad which was excellent as well. On our way out the owner or manger thanked us and wished us a happy anniversary which personally made us feel right at home! Highly recommend this restaurant, the food was wonderful, the service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect. We will be back to dine again!

Such a great meal on all accords. Our server Janice was very knowledgeable + attentive amid all the current chaos with covid. The duck spring rolls were out of this world, a center cut of haddock was a nice addition to the holiday theme decor. The own stopped by to check on everything and made sure we were pleased. Can't wait to go back to this local gem.

Absolutely fantastic experience! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Our server Kyle was awesome very attentive. I had the ribeye which was cooked to perfection, the sides were some of the best I've ever had! My wife had the lobster salad which did not skimp on lobster, and was incredibly flavorful! To top the night off we were given a complimentary Creme brûlée to celebrate our anniversary! They take covid very seriously and is a wonderful place to eat during these uncertain times. We are from Utah but when we visit Massachusetts this is a new necessary stop!

The food was great and the great atmosphere was amazing very cute and romantic. However, our waiter took our order and was never seen from again. One of the other staff members brought the food and said that the server we were assigned to had an accident of some sort. We did get our food and it was very good but our table was never assigned to another server so we kind of just sat there with no one following up to see if she needed anything drinks etc. I ended up having to flag a person down for a take out container for my left overs and eventually got a dessert but was kind of left on our own. I am surprised that the manager didn't assign another server to our table. So that was a little disappointing but other than the waiter issue the place was great and I would go again for dinner. I love the area it was really cute.

Unfortunately we had a poor set of meals. It was not a typical experience at the restaurant. It was poor to the point you have to ask if they have a new ownership of a new chef. Drinks were small bit expensive. Very disappointed.
The pasta is delishes, both the wild mushroom and braised short rib pasta was fantastic and the portion size is huge. The duck confit egg rolls were really good as well. I will definitely come back to try more menu items.

We had a lovely evening!! The oysters were delicious , the lamb chops were cooked perfectly, and the scallops and duck entrée was creative and yummy!! The brownie sundae was the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. The service was outstanding ,from the hostess to the general manager. A big shout out to our waiter, Kyle, he was attendee to our every need! We already made a resy for next week!! Dal Mare is now our favorite North Shore restaurant.

We have been to Dal Mare twice over the past couple of months for dinner. The atmosphere, food, and drink are amazing. My only complaint was that on our last visit (the last week in September) the air conditioning was blasting and it was freezing cold. Otherwise, everything was great!
We went to Dal Mare for our anniversary. We had a crab cake appetizer followed by ribeye steaks. The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked medium rare. We had creme brûlée for dessert which was also excellent. The service was just as it should be.
