Many times after school my grandson and I love to grab a Dairy Queen ice cream as time together to get to know each other. The Blizzards are great and so is the Dilly Bar. Special thanks to Winny R. and her assistant who served us!!!

I asked for 2 LG peanut butter cup blizzards. When she came back, I couldn't see the Resee cups just a few very tiny ( can't even call them pieces) . So I asked for more and she said yes. Then still put covers on them and gave me them. I asked what about the peanut butter cups on top. She went over with only one of my blizzards. It appeared as if she opened a new bag, then came back with about a teaspoon of crushed up crumbs. I was very disappointed, when got and ate one it was like eating vanilla ice cream. For an 8$ blizzard, I got vanilla ice cream with a few crumbs of Peanut butter cups. I was very very upset and disappointed. Not only did she not listen to me and answered yes. Then I repeat it and still I really don't understand what happened to customer service. Probably won't go back this year. I don't get these alot, but when I splurge, I hate being disappointed.

Ordered two small dipped cones. They couldn't make them any smaller. The ice cream was only 2 inches above the cone. Very small, very disappointed, very overpriced. Misleading prices on menu. No mention prices start at kiddie cones and not small. Almost $11
Located about 5 mins away from Beverly's Cummings Center. This place is a small slice of blizzard Heaven. Can get a little busy as it a small waiting area but there is benches to sit outside and enjoy the ice cream. They do serve up hotdogs. And variety of blizzard flavors or soft serve.

Stupid is all I have to say. We ordered a blizzard and they overfilled the top so they put a cup over it. Which of course upon removing the cup the ice cream was melted and went all over.

2 young boys made me a great blizzard tonight. I'm pretty sure their names were griffin and isaac??? I'm not sure, however, Amazing service from the both of them. keep up the great work team!

It was painfully obvious that the young staff that was working needed a supervisorAnd one of the Male employees was just meandering behind the counter while we waited almost twenty minutes to order
