I often order light cheese with extra sauce because whenever I order it regularly it’s cardboard with cheese on it. One manager is so afraid of being wrong he doesn’t let you speak and another one sounds like he’s straight out of goodfellas, pretty crazy. Delivery time is an absolute joke and they never offer to compensate you have to jump through hoops to get soemthing done, just not even worth 20 bucks

I ordered a cheese pizza online and it wasn’t fresh. You could just tell it was reheated. Solidified cheese and no sauce. Thanks for wasting my money

Got multiple delivery's for the month at endicott college in Beverly for kids lacrosse camp. Manager Craig Hayes calls and has been begging for tips for the insiders and drivers in order for us to keep ordering. He is very unprofessional , one of his drivers received a low tip one time from us for one of our orders but we tip consistently on a daily basis and he has no right to beg us a big tip for a large amount of pizzas. We tip based on service , and multiple factors and tip very fairly and consistently. Not by managers choice !!

Because they now require you to spend $14 for delivery half of the coupons and rewards in the app are useless. Even when my order is over $14 it stops it from going through too. I get that it's probably to get people to tip, but I always tipped well when i can and did in the app yet still can't make an order

I was picking up a carry out order and the “manager on duty” was screaming at all of the employees and seemed to single out a young girl in particular. I was only in the store for a few minutes and witnessed multiple inappropriate comments to the staff. This was an uncomfortable environment and I could not believe how this man was treated the employees. Night of May 26th.

I haven't ordered anything out for over a year because I always regret spending cash on something I can cook better myself or because the service the food or the whole experience is just bad. And here we are again. I order and pay for pineapple and bacon pizza.in store. I get home and it's a cheese pizza loaded with the red sauce. My God there were only 2 customers. Wonderful carryout experience! Very personable young man finished up the order I'd made online, as I arrived. Another fellow (who had been doing deliveries) came in and got it all ready to go. dominos hiring manger odd and unprofessional obviously just didn’t want to hire me because of the way i look. couldn’t take me bc he wasn’t sure about my piercing referring to my bridge piercing explained to me why because the last girl that worked there who had it “was a problem” this was told after him looking at my resume laughing saying i’m overqualified. i have on my resume i worked as a server barback and catering server lolll. then a cowerker next to him had her nose pierced and straight said to me and him there is nothing against bridges in the domino handbook and told him to even look at it himself . then proceeded to tell me again 1”i’m over qualified” laughing after looking at my resume and said why do i even want to work here if i’m a server lol “ i bet you make way more money doing that” okay buddy and when i mentioned i was looking for day hours because of safety because i’m a women and that i’d feel safer working in the day but would be open to night shifts when needed. laughed in my face calling that ridiculous.then said i had nothing to worry about only if i worked in the city!!! because on halloween one of dominos drivers got stabbed lol LMFAO BYE thank god im not working there bc he is weird and unprofessional work environment seems unhingedd.
