Ordered door dash and my food was all ice cold, cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwiches, red meat on one that I couldn't even eat. This is exactly why I drive to the other location up the street, but DD doesn't let you choose the location to order from.

Man didn’t say one word to me… just handed me coffee and took my money. No greeting , no thank you, no tip. If there’s a manager who cares it was today 10/3 at noon time drive-thru

This is a really iffy location. I go out of convenience because my work is in the same plaza. I order an iced coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich, and more times than not, my iced coffee is made incorrectly, not mixed at all, or way too much ice, and the breakfast sandwich isn’t even cooked all the way with the cheese unmelted and still cold to the touch. Also there are times my order gets misplaced and given away to someone else, and I’m standing there for 10-15+ minutes and I ask where my coffee/order is, only for them to have no idea where it went. I gave up on sending any of it back, they get attitudey and act like I’m the jerk but I’m not the one who didn’t make my order correctly. It’s just more times than not I have issues at this location and now go to the enon st location down the street. I’d love if corporate intervened and brought the location up to par, it’s a high traffic location and could benefit if ran well

A drive through is supposed to be fast, this has to be the slowest out there! I was there at 2:12 and still waiting at 2:30. They made the drink incorrectly and still took the person another 5 minutes to make the correct drink

The man in there had his pants down below his waist. Dirty looking at 1:30 I went there waited for a drink and a sandwich and waited 15 min in the drive thru The employees in there looked messy and dirty. Will not be back. 44 Dodge St

LeeAnne is always a bright spot to start my workday at the High Street DD drive-through. She makes sure my morning order is ready, calls me by name, and has a smile ready. Every holiday she provides not only spirit but "holiday appropriate" complementary attire to provide customers with a happy start to their day. LeAnne and the morning crew are a very positive asset to DD and the customers.

Unfortunately, this Dunkin Donuts was super disorganized, dirty, crazy loud rap music, and employees who were extremely stressed and emotional. It took over 17 minutes to get a pumpkin spice latte, and then they made it cold, not hot, with 4 pumps of syrup, not two, as requested. ☹️

I stopped going to Dunkins for a while and today I stopped by I got a cold brew and a wrap. Big mistake never again. Cold brew is not a cold brew just a plain black iced coffee and the wrap wasn't even folded like a wrap and the cheese was stuck on the paper bag. Never again.
Cannot take basic order for coffee. Just do not waste time here. Find some place else.

This place has one star on yelp and I couldn’t agree more.Every single time I’ve been there or ordered from there, they have either missed items or gotten the order wrong. This morning, an entire order was missing and the coffee was made entirely wrong.The employees tend to rush and genuinely feel inattentive for the most part. More than once, I’ve had to flag down someone in the drive through to try and get the rest of my order or the correct item from them and each time, most employees I’ve interacted with were very short with me or upset I said anything at all. I just wanted the full order…I’d avoid this location for dunkin until either management changes or until corporate cares enough to intervene.I’ve worked in food service for years and I understand dealing with customers is super draining and would make a nun curse, but getting mad at me for asking for the rest of the food I paid for or asking for the correct order is uncalled for. I hope things get better for them and that someone steps in. When all the employees are that exhausted and drained and overwhelmed, it affects everything.Do better, dunkin.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been at. Ordered 2 medium frozen coffees with 1 shot of caramel and extra cream. They made it with 4 shots of caramel and NO cream. Not to mention we gave them a $20 for 2 coffees which obviously means the change back is going to be more than $5.27. When we asked where’s the rest of our change and we want our change not to mention we wanted a receipt the lady told us we paid for 3 coffees which we only ordered 2 and she refused to give us the remaining of our change and the dude that looks like Dylan O’Brien threw the receipt out. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS the women who was helping was tall, dark skinned and worked today January 31st @3:50pm

I’m a regular at the Alltown Gas Station (Dunkin )at 44 Dodge Street in North Beverly Mass Most of the staff are very rude and ignorant at Dunkin Donuts not at Alltown The shift leader Bryan Dodge of Dunkin gives me an attitude every time I come in Bryan is also rude and ignorant to his staff and the customers He always smells like alcohol and marijuana some of the staff also smells like marijuana and alcohol Mr Dodge will go into the bathroom to drink his alcohol or will go outside near the the dumpster area He would also go to the China Jade restaurant beside there before his shift and during his breaks The owner of the store should look near the dumpster and behind the store There will be variety of alcohol nips Bryan friend will bring his nips and marijuana
