I will never go back in too that Dunkins unless they change the manager there she seems too always have an attitude with the customers and treats her workers just as bad, always screaming and yelling there’s only three people that seem to Always be pleasant with their customers the assistant, Ashley Kaylee I believe her name is and Mary it’s sad that I have too deal with miss management and poor service these girls I give them a lot of credit dealing with a manager like this

This dunks legitimately sucks. Every time I go my coffee never tastes the same. Usually bitter and multiple times I’ve ordered they’ve not given me any cream or sugar (even when it’s on the label)

Almost every time I go my order is either wrong, or burnt. And not a little burnt. See photos for the latest sandwich they gave me. I got extra bacon and I had to take half of it off anyways! Even after paying for extra. You can’t even see the shape of the bacon in the photo. It’s JUST BLACK! Burnt to the point that it CRUMBLES in my hand.

I’d also like to mention I see people doing ovens with NO GLOVES, ALL THE TIME! Or not switching gloves between orders (horrible for any type allergies)

This dunkins obviously needs new management and training sessions. I will not be coming back.

I made an order around 5:04am via Dunkin app; order wasn’t even ready until 5:16am like what the heck. Not even busy at all. Not even doing their job and a guy who was working for meal area was eating his food with same gloves ! I do not know what he’s eating but my concern is the allergies, I’m allergic with eggs. Didn’t change the gloves at all which is GROSS

I would love to come to this location and have my coffee consistently taste the same but yall just fail every time….. staff needs retraining on espresso drinks. ASAP.

Just went through the drive-thru and just wanted to say how extra pleasant and kind the staff was. It’s nice when those in the service industry brightens someone day- know it’s appreciated even when customers don’t acknowledge it to you. I often do the drive-thru during the weekday and they too have put smiles on my face. Thanks
