5 star for Dylan and Dylan only. Today the restaurant was filled with about 25 college students waiting for orders. Poor Dylan was the only employee working and was able to get orders out and maintain professionalism through such a difficult situation. Apparently his two other coworkers walked out leaving him on his own at one of the busiest times. Dylan deserves a raise. Not sure who the manager is but Dylan is a star and needs to be rewarded for his amazing work.

I probably wasted $50 here so far this year. They give me other peoples coffees, Forget, donuts, or other baked goods that I add on, And it seems like they’re always training someone new, which is good however, they never have time to actually address the issues because they’re running around training and doing the work which I don’t blame on the workers that’s a management issue

The employees are incompetent and would make you think reading a sticker and making coffee is equivalent to rocket science. 9/10 my food and coffee comes out wrong and when asked to remake or change you’re met with attitude as if you were the one to mess up the coffee.
