I was helped by Megan and she was absolutely kind, genuine and an absolute joy to speak with. I love the food and menu options at flip the bird. Megan helped me carefully decide what I wanted and she did not disappoint!

This Flip the Bird is the best location out of all the ones I've been to (which is most of them!). I typically order ahead of time for pickup and I've never had to wait - it's always ready for me when I arrive to the store, which is only about a 10 minute drive from home. The food is always fresh and made exactly as ordered. If you're getting fries, it's pretty much mandatory that you get them with truffle ketchup - it's SO good!

I ordered online and it was delayed and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. I spoke to the manager though and they comped my meal. They still provided the food as quickly as they could and they turned what could have been a negative experience into something positive. As always the food was delicious. We love this place and will definitely continue to go there.
