Entered the store when it was mostly empty, yet waited at least 20 minutes for a single sandwich order, watching as they piled up online order after online order on the counter. This is a lunch spot in a corporate center; they should be prioritizing the people ordering onsite. The sandwich was great, though.

I love it here I am just still so sad that they discontinued the street corn salad with the sweet chili vinaigrette. It was the best salad I’ve ever had & I used to get it everyday🥹 please bring it back!!!

Great sandwich but… soggy roll. Ordered the Nashville Hot and roll fell apart after 1 bite. Guess it is a fork-and-knife sandwich. Feel like this was premade a while ago and lost all sense of being fresh.

Love the angry bird!

We ordered food and they forgot to give half the order and instead of making it right when the customer went in to tell them, they explained that they gave my employee the other bag. Instead of believing her, they argued with the customer, essentially accused her of stealing, and did not offer a refund or the ability to make the order correctly. This is what happens when the place gets too popular. Remember, you can go down the ladder as fast as you went up.
