Great sandwich but… soggy roll. Ordered the Nashville Hot and roll fell apart after 1 bite. Guess it is a fork-and-knife sandwich. Feel like this was premade a while ago and lost all sense of being fresh.

Having been in the service industry I will not comment on the staff… needless to say they were not professional! Let me get to the food… average with a lot of potential! I’ll start with the fries. Here is the system, there are lots of fries sitting under the the hot light. The freshest fries are closest to the kitchen, so the staff takes fries from there for people they know and friends! The rest of us get the stuff that on out case was sitting there for at least 25 min!...

The sandwich was fantastic! In the end that’s what counts. I gave it 4 stars because this is a lunch place in an industrial center… and it took well over 20 minutes to get the most basic sandwich they offer. And the place was only 25% full at the time. It was way too long to wait for a lunch crowd. Tighten that up and they are awesome.
