Flour(ish) was recommended as one of the preferred wedding cake vendors by our reception venue, Beauport Hotel in Gloucester. As soon as my husband and I ordered and picked up the cake tasting kit, we immediately knew Flour(ish) was our choice. We selected the strawberries & cream, cookies & cream and cannoli flavors for our 4-tier wedding cake. Taryn paid very close attention to the design details and was able to fulfill all of my special requests. The sugar cookie designs she came up with were an absolute hit and matched our wedding theme perfectly. I would highly recommend Flour(ish) not only for weddings, but any baked goods you need! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

This was by far the best gluten-free chocolate cake I’ve ever had! You would never even know. They did a beautiful job at decorating for my nieces bridal shower.

Absolutely fantastic! We had both our wedding cake, and assorted cupcakes made here and both were so delicious and fresh. Guests are still raving about them a week later. Taryn was so easy to work with, and provided exceptional desserts for us on our wedding day. I can’t wait to eat the piece we froze on our wedding anniversary (if we can stand to wait that long cause it was so good!)

Delicious cupcakes that melt on your tongue. The frosting is a perfect texture and not real sweet. I highly recommend this fabulous bakery with the really good customer service that's second to none. I promise you that you will not regret visiting.

I’m puzzled by all the 5-star reviews. I have not tried one of their custom cakes, I have only had a cupcake, so maybe the rest of their items are amazing? Or maybe the reviews are focused on the appearance of their cakes (they do look beautiful)?

My cupcake was mediocre at best and not worth $6. You’ll get the same quality, and more cupcake for your money, at Shaws. It was small, dense, and dry (the buttercream frosting was delicious and smooth however).

I called ahead to order a birthday cake with a full jack-o'-lantern design in buttercream, with pumpkin cake and cream cheese filling.

The cake was amazing! It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Very tender and nothing was overly sweet. 10/10, I'll be ordering again.

We were very happy with the wedding cake we received from Flour(ish)! I am gluten free (an intolerance, not celiac disease) so we ordered a GF two-layered vanilla coconut cake. Even my non-gluten-free wife was impressed with how delicious and moist it was. Delivery was made to the venue promptly and communication was always clear. Will definitely use Flour(ish) for our gluten-free baked goods in the future!

Flour-ish made the cakes for our wedding in August, 2024, and they did an amazing job! We wanted a smaller tiered cutting cake, with a larger sheet cake for the kitchen to pass out, and they were super helpful with their recommendations based on headcount, budget, etc. We did an easy take-home cake testing which helped us narrow down our flavors (funfetti and strawberries and cream) and both were delicious on the day of - so many of our guests raved about the cakes and we were super happy with them!

FORGOT OUR WEDDING CAKE! They literally forgot to make our cake which we paid in full in advance for and thought a refund and a box of cookies would make up for ruining our wedding day. Never seen something so unprofessional in my entire life.

We had an awesome time using Flour(ish) for our July 2024 wedding. We were initially undecided what we wanted to do for dessert but Taryn was super helpful. We decided to go with a dessert bar rather than a cake. The planning and payment process was seamless. Taryn was extremely responsive to even the smallest of questions.

There were hardly any desserts left by the time we made it to our dessert table. Our guests especially raved about the lemon bars. We highly recommend Flour(ish)!

We loved our cake from Flour(ish) for our June wedding. We were a bit last minute, so we were very lucky to find them for our wedding. This was a cake I really loved (I am very picky about cake) and everyone at the wedding was raving about it too - between how pretty it was and how delicious it was. We also got some GF cupcakes that were a hit with our celiac guests. Working with the Flourish team was very straightforward with their online portal, and I think the pricing was very fair for what we had ordered. Would definitely come back to them again for other cakes and treats in the future!
