Foods good.

App time is always wrong. The amount of times I get there when it says it will be ready it’s not ready. I then wait 15 min + in the store. People complain as they walk out bc how long the wait line is.

Oh yeah people who don’t use mobile orders get it quicker and I have to wait even longer.

Less than sub par, food is bland portions on steak is a joke, don't get me started on the owner. If your looking for glamazing quality subs and insane portions in Beverly I suggest super subs

Long wait times for delivery drivers especially during peak times. Often DoorDash drivers show up and are told they’re 10-15+ minutes early for the scheduled pick up time on the order but the app is telling us to pick up within the next 5 minutes.. drivers aren’t deliberately showing up early. Add another 5-10 mins on top of that If they’re busy too. When we accept an order we don’t know until we arrive if the order has been sitting around for a while and is ready to pick up or you guys just got the order. If you call DoorDash they can adjust the order timing so we aren’t showing up when you guys just got the order, what happens is some drivers have other deliveries and aren’t going to wait the 10-15+ minutes so the order gets unassigned, and then DoorDash has to find another driver and that can create a backlog of deliveries that arent being picked up. Please call doordash to adjust the timing, it’ll make everyone’s life easier.

i must have walked the prank. there’s no way that was real. it’s not hard to make a sub. it’s probably harder to do whatever the heck they did. i would actually rather eat dirt than come to this location again. i feel so bad for the guy slicing because he must be so frustrated by everyone else there.why did that kid but a whole cup of relish on my sub. why did he do that. why did he actually flatten my sub to the thinness of paper when he cut it. he looked at me as if i kicked his puppy. i stared in awe that this was real. this ruined my day. i don’t know if im going to recover.

Been going here for at least once a week for years after I finish work when I don't wanna cook and just pass out after eating. But I've noticed at this location they've been doing lots of cost cutting and they've been stingy on meat and mushrooms on the steak and cheese subs and overloading onion. Did you hire a bunch of ex subway employees or something? Doesn't feel right paying 20 something bucks for a sub that's 85% warm bread and little meat or whatever that makes the sub a sandwich. Wish I uploaded a picture but I was too hungry to care/think about it today. I never leave reviews but the current restaurant practices make this warranted. Take your money to a different Jersey Mike's or another restaurant if you're planning on getting a hot sub.

I ✝️ really like there sandwiches 🥪. They seem to always come up with new one's and I like 👍 The fact they make you choose your 🍞 bread. The only complaint I have about the one in Beverly is some of the chair's were broken and the bathroom 🚻 😳 door was damaged. Had to wait a little bit but that's expected these days everywhere you go there are soooo many orders for Uber eats or grub hub or any type 🤔 of delivery or pickup. Especially after covid.

I scheduled an order for pick up at 12:15pm to be ready at 1pm. I arrived at 12:55 hoping it would be done and had to leave after waiting 20 more minutes since I was in a rush with no sandwich in sight. Bad management.

Girl from tonight very nasty she touched a rag and touched my sub never changed her gloves completely very nasty .. she needs to be retrained on sanitary.. it’s unacceptable

Had a giant tuna delivered to me. Was not made with fresh ingredients. Horrible smelling tuna, took two bites and ran to the bathroom and threw up. I ended up getting a hold of some suit named Katie Cancro , guess she works for corporate or whatever. Before I had some surgery work that has limited me for the next couple of months I went to the Newburyport and Beverly store once or twice a week for quite a while. I always enjoyed the food. She says send me a email and coupon number and I will compensate you for your experience. Cool, I did exactly as told. Then I get a email today telling me to go to the Beverly store and show them this email with a copy of it and let them know I am entitled a free giant cold sub and look give them the email per Katie etc by the 22nd of September. Anyone who knows any Jersey Mike’s knows everybody can hear anything that’s going on. It’s embarrassing even though it’s not my fault. JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK!!! All my coworkers and friends heard how they handled this and they have lost all our business forever. That’s a lot of money in the end for not handling this situation the right way. Shame on you. PEOPLE STAY OUT OF THESE ESTABLISHMENTS. In the end it’s not about the customer, just the greed and profit.

Honestly we've never had an issue with any Jersey Mike's we've visited, until this last visit. These are minor nitpicks to be sure but they haven't been missed before so they stick out a bit.
First was that I purchased two sandwiches, a bag of chips and two large drinks but I had to ask for a bag. Who see's that order and doesn't offer a bag to carry it all?
Secondly I had to ask for a drink carrier and it was flimsy, most stack two together for stability for large drinks.
Lastly, when I got home and tried my much anticipated Large Vanilla Crème soda I was disappointed to discover that they hadn't checked their mix and it was nothing but seltzer water.
Gave a $3.00 tip even though no-one came from behind the counter to help me. Why is that OK here and not at McDonalds?
Please do better guy's as I'd like to return.

So disappointed. I verified my order with a girl who seemed nice enough but clueless and obviously new. She was on register and I ordered a steak and extra cheese with only onion. Verified when she made me repeat myself then again when she went to write it down for the grill and couldn’t remember all in under 2 minutes. Then the dude who looked beyond miserable handed me my sub, I verified steak and extra cheese, only onion no peppers? I get the yeah with the “are you stupid lady?” Look. I get home and bite into my sub straight away to a mouthful of pepper. I call to complain and the only thing she had to say was she would speak to him. What if it were an allergy or a sensitivity. I can’t eat peppers most times when cooked and put in sandwiches I end up ill. This manager couldn’t care less. I’m pretty sure she was about to tell me they are new. Then they need to be supervised or explained to that they have to follow the food order at least.

I'm starting to think I just don't like Jersey Mike's as a whole. And I'm from NJ!! This location is clean and they do clean the line (I worked in a very similar restaurant set up for a few years so I notice these things) and the ingredients look fresh. However I waited forever for a super basic sandwich, also they weren't very accessible to someone else in front of me who had clear hearing needs. They kinda just continued to speak really fast and almost demanding to the individual. I get being busy, I totally do, but it made me feel sad.
Also 20 bucks for the reg sandwich, (kinda soggy and generic) small drink and chips, when there's a competitor in the same plaza that you get arguably better food and more quantity, just affirms I won't be coming back.

Don’t bother mobile ordering. They only start prepping once you arrive and repeat the order. And then they still don’t look at the mobile order and hand you something different than ordered. Relatively friendly people but if they don’t really take mobile orders and don’t make what you order . . . I’m out.
