I've never been to Jersey Mike's so I don't know if their food is good or not so good.

Visited the store this week.
When I went inside, there were no customers.
I ordered my sub and the person who made it did not cut the bread correctly.
The top half was very thin.
I didn’t object as I just wanted to eat and move on.
As I was checking out, they asked if I had a Jersey Mike’s account. I said I wasn’t sure but I should sign up for one.
The employee told me I would have to go online and sign up and implied that it would be a hassle.
So I did not sign up for the account. (Later, I looked and discovered I did have an account and their app on my phone.)
I paid, sat down with my sandwich, and as I bit into the sandwich, the bread was very chewy.
It was either stale or not baked correctly.
I ate the sandwich which was drenched in too much vinegar and oil.
But still, I didn’t say anything, I just wanted to move on.
As I was leaving, I mentioned that they might want to check on their bread because it was very chewy.
The employee barely acknowledge my good spirited comment and mumbled that the bread was fresh.
I am a frequent Jersey Mike’s customer and love the product, but this experience was very substandard.

Franchise owner, Katie has a thing against people with kidney failure, and the food is terrible overpriced. Doesn't taste well.
Ordered a sub for pickup an hour ahead of time for a scheduled pickup. Showed up at the time to the minute. Sub was cold (it’s a steak and cheese). Went back in immediately and was told it was just made. It gets cold in here quickly were the words used to me. She just made it. I worked in restaurants for 14 years. 2 as a cook and 12 as a manager. This sub was made when I placed the order or shortly after and just sat there. Didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge it as cold. It’s not like this employee owned the meat and cheese that would have to be used to make a new sub. I’d give zero stars if possible just based on the dismissal of my concerns let alone the freezing cold food.

Five stars actually aren't enough for this marvelous, convenient, delicious spot. Was delighted to have Oliver, recent, distinguished Beverly (MA) high school grad and scholarship winner, be my server. Every morsal fresh and delicious. We will be lifelong fans of this terrific chain.

12 o clock pick up waited for 20 minutes missed my whole lunch
Love Love Love Jersey Mike's.. NEVER DISAPPOINTS.. always fresh and delicious! Staff is great.. just 1 comment.. store on Danbury, CT is always very cold.. AC is on High.. bring a sweatshirt in !! Also Love the Shore Reward points system.. I have gotten many free sandwiches there over the years! Thanks Jersey Mikes.. you have a Customer for Life..

App time is always wrong. The amount of times I get there when it says it will be ready it’s not ready. I then wait 15 min + in the store. People complain as they walk out bc how long the wait line is.
Oh yeah people who don’t use mobile orders get it quicker and I have to wait even longer.
Less than sub par, food is bland portions on steak is a joke, don't get me started on the owner. If your looking for glamazing quality subs and insane portions in Beverly I suggest super subs

Long wait times for delivery drivers especially during peak times. Often DoorDash drivers show up and are told they’re 10-15+ minutes early for the scheduled pick up time on the order but the app is telling us to pick up within the next 5 minutes.. drivers aren’t deliberately showing up early. Add another 5-10 mins on top of that If they’re busy too. When we accept an order we don’t know until we arrive if the order has been sitting around for a while and is ready to pick up or you guys just got the order. If you call DoorDash they can adjust the order timing so we aren’t showing up when you guys just got the order, what happens is some drivers have other deliveries and aren’t going to wait the 10-15+ minutes so the order gets unassigned, and then DoorDash has to find another driver and that can create a backlog of deliveries that arent being picked up. Please call doordash to adjust the timing, it’ll make everyone’s life easier.
i must have walked the prank. there’s no way that was real. it’s not hard to make a sub. it’s probably harder to do whatever the heck they did. i would actually rather eat dirt than come to this location again. i feel so bad for the guy slicing because he must be so frustrated by everyone else there.why did that kid but a whole cup of relish on my sub. why did he do that. why did he actually flatten my sub to the thinness of paper when he cut it. he looked at me as if i kicked his puppy. i stared in awe that this was real. this ruined my day. i don’t know if im going to recover.

Been going here for at least once a week for years after I finish work when I don't wanna cook and just pass out after eating. But I've noticed at this location they've been doing lots of cost cutting and they've been stingy on meat and mushrooms on the steak and cheese subs and overloading onion. Did you hire a bunch of ex subway employees or something? Doesn't feel right paying 20 something bucks for a sub that's 85% warm bread and little meat or whatever that makes the sub a sandwich. Wish I uploaded a picture but I was too hungry to care/think about it today. I never leave reviews but the current restaurant practices make this warranted. Take your money to a different Jersey Mike's or another restaurant if you're planning on getting a hot sub.

I ✝️ really like there sandwiches 🥪. They seem to always come up with new one's and I like 👍 The fact they make you choose your 🍞 bread. The only complaint I have about the one in Beverly is some of the chair's were broken and the bathroom 🚻 😳 door was damaged. Had to wait a little bit but that's expected these days everywhere you go there are soooo many orders for Uber eats or grub hub or any type 🤔 of delivery or pickup. Especially after covid.
