What used to be the best jersey mikes in the area is no longer , best of luck to you if you dare to enter while it's busy (we wont even talk about ordering ahead) don't forget to check ur order before you leave because it's probably wrong.

absolutely horrible.. got there at the time they said my order would be ready just for them to push it back another 30 minutes (i understand at times it can get busy) but for the two sandwiches to be completely switched with the opposite toppings and dressings is unbelievable.

Not usually one take time to complain but I waited 20 minutes after my order said it was ready for pickup and this is the second time this has happened, when I picked my 2 subs up they were completely backwards with toppings and missing items. Given the extra 40 minutes to make these two I can’t understand how reading a few ingredients was so challenging, I accredit the kid that was so high at work he was squeezing the bread for my sandwich for a minute, I recommend waiting til after the shift pal.

Look at the recent reviews and do not come here when it's busy. They tried to give us someone else's sub that was similar, but with the wrong toppings and when telling them that at the register, two of them simultaneously TAKE APART the sub to switch toppings that were supposed to come with the sub automatically to begin with. Literally 4 hands digging into the sub at once instead of just remaking it and I didn't even realize it was a small sub instead of a regular so we overpaid for this disaster.But the best part was one of the guys telling us that we told him the wrong toppings. Like you can mess up an order, fine, but putting words in customers' mouths? That's just pathetic. Oh and the cherry on top being the guy at the register wiping his knife off on his apron after every sub and never changing his gloves. I'm adding one star only because they actually got one of the subs right, but I am never coming back here.

Looks like this business takes down bad reviews, not a good look at all. They cannot handle a rush, despite the amount of staff behind the counter. extremely long wait times, poor to little communication with customers, and low quality subs. Saw a customer get a sub that wasn’t the one they ordered, and another came to pick up an order they called in only for staff to say they never received the order. I suggest coming during off hours, you’ll get better service.

Ordered two subs and two bags of chips using the app. When I got there to pick them up, I waited 10 minutes before they noticed me and asked me what order I was waiting for. They said it was currently being made. So, I waited another 10 minutes and they called my name, but after I looked at the receipt taped on the bag, it was the wrong person - who knew there could be more than one order for someone with my first name. I gave it right back to them and said that is not my order. They then deduced that they had given my order to another person and will have to remake mine. I then sat back down and waited another 20 minutes. I heard them say that they had not even started my order and that I have already been sitting there for 40 minutes...duh!After waiting another 15 minutes for them to make my order, I finally got my food.I totally expected that when they handed me my order that they would make it good by refunding my order or at minimum they would give me a gift card. All the little dude said was, "Sorry for the wait". Are you flipping serious??? Piss poor service for something as easy as this. My order should have went first as soon as they realized they messed up and gave my order away.If they want to stay open, they should address these issues properly.They should be making it good for their loyal customers!

The order i placed online was supposed to be ready between 1:00 and 1:10; it’s 1:27 and i only now just got my order! Numerous customers who walked in after 1:10 got their orders before I got mine.

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is the worst. They are slow as molasses and out of the over a dozen times I have gone they have maybe gotten my order right twice. How hard is it to NOT add peppers to a cheesesteak. Super annoying and I end up getting home and throwing it out. Waste of time and money. This is the last time I will go back to this location.

Italian with Cherry Peppers (Hots) and Jalapeños. Great sandwich, more meat than any other chain. Fresh and made well. The team in this store during lunch consistently rocks! They are always busy but they deliver. I drive out of my way to eat lunch here.

Awesome sub! I ordered the regular Italian and it was filled with all the meats. It reminds me of ordering an Italian sub in the Northend of Boston. Lots of flavors coming together for a fantastic finish!Whenever I travel I try to find out where the closest Jersey Mike's is located to check it out.There is NO comparison to Jersey Mike's and Subway. Jersey Mike's hands down.I can't wait for the West Lebanon NH location to open....near to home.
