My husband and I loved the food, the service, and the prices. It's a great place to sample a little bit of Latin American cuisine from many different countries. The horchata was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the churros, the tacos, and the Toston sandwich. Thank you!

Excellent food and friendly service.
I can afford like $10-20 a week for a surprise with take out. So I saw some really good reviews about this place on TikTok and wanted to try it! especially with the fried Yuca! There was no one in the restaurant so I should have tsken it as a sign. I was starving and so excited but when I got 4 small yuca bites for $9 I was kind of like not cool.... You should make them bigger or give people atleast 6-8 of them if they are that small. $9 for 4 small yica bites is crazy work and seems greedy. I can go to a better place in Lynn. The quesadilla was not that well put together either. Caps on the sides fell off from the heat and made a mess.
Give more yuca bites or please make them bigger! I wasted $$$$ on this dinner for myself and my kid and we were stillll hungry after. Of course I fed my kid again.
I won't be back unless they make some changes to their prices and food. I dont mind driving to Lynn. Yes it sucks but I get more for my $$ with good in Lynn places or mom and pop places.

Great food! Excellent service. I had the chicken empanadas, queso fundido, Birria Garnacha and my partner had the portabello tacos. Everything was extremely delicious! Will definitely be back to try all the other things on the menu.

Go somewhere else. There is much better Mexican restaurants than this one. Salsa wasn’t great, chips weren’t great either. Guacamole was really good. Must have been our waitresses first day. She told me they didn’t have sour cream … I said I was very surprised a Mexican restaurant wouldn’t have sour cream … then later she said she asked the kitchen and they did have it. I asked for a grilled chicken quesadilla instead of shredded chipotle chicken. The kitchen made it with the shredded chipotle chicken .. she brought it out and said sorry they made it like this and left it on the table. Didn’t even offer to have it fixed. The food was okay I guess. Definitely won’t be coming back.

We LOVE this place. Most recently, we visited and the standout in our experience was actually our server, Jane. She is amazing, understanding and incredible at her job. Will be back again, for the amazing food and to see Jane specifically! (:

Great lunch at La Qchara. Service was attentive and friendly. The Tamal Ahogado was a nice starter, with a smooth cinnamon forward mole, moist chicken and pillowy masa.
The carne mechada arepa was served with a nice salad and sesame dressing. The arepa was a little tough but the beef was flavorful and overall was a great lunch. Free chips and salsa were great. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu!

Not sure how this place is still in business. I’ve only been here twice, and both times were awful.
On my first visit, the service was terrible—there was only one server who was nice but clearly overwhelmed and unable to keep up. The food came out soggy and unappetizing, and the restaurant itself was a mess: crumbs on the floor, sticky tables and windows, and fruit flies everywhere. Music was obnoxious.
I decided to give it another chance, but the second visit was even worse. A cockroach ran across the wall near me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty.
Save yourself the disappointment and head down the street to La Vitoria instead—you’ll get real Spanish cuisine, a clean environment, and attentive service.

Restaurantji Recommends
Pork tacos were soggy, flavorless and not worth it at all.
This was a pleasant surprise for us. Food was tasty. Drinks were good. Service was perfect. I would recommend. Not fancy.
My family absolutely loves this place! Great variety, and consistently delicious. We’ve eaten at the restaurant and have ordered takeout many times and it’s never disappointed.
