We love the food from here and the gentleman that works or owns the restaurant is very kind. My kids love sitting in the front window while eating a slice with mozzarella sticks. The only thing I don’t like which I just discovered is that I was charged a 3.00 fee for ordering online, not a great feature since everything is digital these days.

Not only were they open during an absolutely insane and unexpected snowstorm, but the family that owns and runs it is always so kind and accommodating! They're single slices are huge! I've asked for a slice before and even when they're out they always will put one in for me. As a newer local I can confidently say they're the best pizza around and also the place I got my first dinner from after moving here a couple years ago. My sister & I tried the eggplant calzone and it was INCREDIBLE. Definitely going to start deviating from my usual small cheese pizza and get that again.

Pizza is outstanding, nice Italian style crust, delicious sauce, and an excellent blend of cheeses! Best pizza in the area by far! Just tried their Roast Beef sandwich yesterday for the first time. This place blows the doors off Kelly’s and Bill & Bobs, etc. Best Roast Beef sandwich I’ve ever had. You could make three LARGE sandwiches with the generous portion of roast beef you get with a single sandwich at Maria’s! Prices are very reasonable. The owner was so nice he even gave my Bichon Frise a little plate of roast beef while we waited for our order to be prepared. All the employees I’ve encountered here are very friendly and professional.
First class run operation you shouldn’t miss. Don’t be deceived by the modest atmosphere!

I'll admit I didn't have high expectations. It seemed like just another sub shop. But both my boyfriend and I were stunned. His chicken Parm and my Greek fries were so jaw droppingly good we actually went back to personally thank the chef. The fries managed to maintain their perfect crispiness and yet were deliciously soaked in feta. The atmosphere isn't much but everyone seems to know each other or is friendly and the outside tables are great for people watching.

In Beverly for work today, stopped by Maria's for a quick dinner during my break. Got the turkey sub and it was excellent. The smoked turkey was tasty, veggies were super fresh, ate 1/2 within 15 minutes of ordering, and it was delicious, ate the other half 5 hours later after getting off my shift, and it was still in great shape. Quality of the ingredients really shines through, and the bread was excellent.
Next time will try a slice, which also looked great.
