On your app is says ur sauces are free, there is no where it says we are to charge for extra sauce I already my sauce placed in the app not only did they forget my sauce they tried to get me to pay extra for a sauce, Team member looked angry but I see why they are receiving bad reviews.

Would give this McDonald's zero stars if I could. The employees here are extremely dirty, rude and disrespectful at this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered an ice cream cone and the woman (older, short hair) made me one without gloves on and went to hand it to me. When asked to remake it with gloves on, because I intended on eating the cone, the woman gave me and my friend an attitude, laughed about it with another female coworker with long hair in a ponytail and pretended to putt it across the kitchen like a football. She then makes me another one with a napkin around the cone, still no gloves on. Acted as if she had no idea what gloves are and most certainly doesn't know or understand that you need to be wearing gloves when preparing ready-to-eat foods per ServeSafe Health Regulations. This isn't the first time I've had this barehand cone-touching issue at this location. Gross. Go elsewhere.

Came to pick up an order so I had to enter the store rather than using the drive through and both doors were locked due to âstudent disruptionsâ after 5:00pm per manager now I understand how kids can get but there is no need for a McDonalds to lock its door to these kids, itâs a fast food chain not a family restaurant or a high end restaurant where âstudent disruptionsâ shouldnât be tolerated. A reminder of McDonalds once upon a time having playgrounds and making kids smile, this is wrong all around. Besides this, employees were careless and didnât care to offer me help with my order (it was during the slow hours) I was standing there wondering if I was a ghost

Went in to order a mcdouble meal with Mac sauce. This isn't something you can do online, so I went to the counter. (I usually order online, I know what can and can't be done on it.)
I was directed away from the counter and told to order at a order stall. The order stalls don't allow Mac sauce mods either, so I declined and waited.
I waited around 15 minutes until a staff came up to the front, then tried to place my order. I've been ordering the same thing for a while now: a mcdouble meal sub Mac sauce on the burger, upgrade to a large drink. (All McDonald's drinks are priced the same no matter the size. You can upgrade any drink to large in the app with no charge)
Team member told me I couldn't upgrade the drink, after telling me to slow down when I asked for a mcdouble meal, then asked for Mac sauce on it. (Overwhelmed by two sentences)
I chose not to eat here at that point and simply left without finishing my order. Went to Burger King.
Went through drive thru at lunch they were very helpful and quick

Went in to order food all week until I used the bathroom and the female employees are not washing their hands so I went elsewhere after seeing this each day . The kid at the counter 2 weeks prior to this says yeah you're gonna order something he was so rude I just walked away didn't place an order

Normally I would give McDonald's four stars as far as price and ease of service. However this particular location. They leave the mobile app service turned off in the mornings which is very frustrating for people who predominantly go to McDonald's because of the app. As someone who uses the app and wants to save money it's very frustrating when you try to go to a place that you are accustomed to going to and paying a premium because they don't have the app service turned on
