1 star is due to literally ordering take out, quarter pounder with cheese. Started to open the box and literally a fat fat flew out before the box was opened all the way! It startled me but took a picture of the fly on my window. Tried to contact the store on Pleasant Street in Methuen MA but unsuccessful. I had my dog in the car so was uncomfortable going to report and certainly will never eat there again. I reported to corporate and was told I would be contacted but its been almost 2 weeks now. Obviously I don't want anything but hindsight I should have called the board of health.

The last three times Ive been through the drive thru I've had to go wait at the second window and then have to go inside because they've have messed up my order . 1st time they forgot my fries, second time i got sauce and no nuggets, and this time i order a big mac & a quarter pounder w/ cheese and i got a quarter pounder with mac sauce. when i asked them to fix it they said i wasn't charged for what i ordered. Yet i never received a receipt to [rove what i ordered. Either way, they screwed it up and refused to fix it without me sending more. whatever happen to costumer service in this country. Best advice I an offer. DO NOT EAT AT McDonald ON ENON STREET IN BEVERLY !!!!!!!!!

This is the most garbage McDonald’s I’ve ever visited from the disrespectful non English understanding employees to the run down establishment I’ve been working in the area the last 2 weeks and unfortunately this is the closest place to grab something definitely not the quickest as I get parked every single time I’ve come even if I order ahead online I was parked for a root beer today. I get parked and my order is not correct how pathetic it’s clear that the employees don’t care but come on isn’t there a manager or owner that cares start holding your employees accountable for how they treat the customers who are paying there wage no class at all won’t return even if I have to starve

The worst McDonald's I can think of. They don't speak English very well, don't get your order right and when you take it back, they don't understand and give you dirty, untrusting looks. Ridiculous. Every few months I'll stop in to see if it's better and it never is. Terrible place

Heating and AC along with bathrooms is in excusable. Last winter it was cold in the restaurant. This winter it is extremely warm in the restaurant. The bathrooms have no heat. It seems the heat or thermostat cannot be controlled. Please get things at a reasonable temperature!!!
I have a friend who is confined to an electric wheelchair with MS. He frequents this McDonald’s and he has no way to enter or exit the restaurant without help from other patrons. An electric metal paddle should be available to him to open the doors. Again, that’s inexcusable!!

It's a McDonald's for the good and bad. Very consistent, reasonable to get when you need something quick, not gonna be amazing. Super frustrating that they don't have small meals.
This place has no idea what breakfast sauce is, ketchup is never given out with fries or hash browns like literally every other McDonald's in the country right now either.

Never have I gone to this location in the morning and got what I ordered the first time, if at all. This morning I placed a mobile order, was told to pull up even though there was no one behind me for more than 5 minutes. I'm not even sure this location knows what breakfast sauce is, because in the 6 months I've been going here whether I order extra or not I have never received anyone any sandwich. In the 9 minutes I waited for my order, I witnessed 14 orders go through the dunkin' donuts across the street. Only yet again to not get breakfast sauce or my hash browns. I ended up getting my hash browns, but waiting more than 10 minutes while you're on your way to work for food with only two other customers there is insane, and not feasibly,this place cannot be making any money.

It’s a near perfectly ran McDonalds. Great staff and seemingly great management. Milkshake Machine always works. Burgers are stacked nicely. Most importantly, the service is fast and accurate.
